LOL, I sold the Jag, It was really crappy car, nice on outside, but really bad wire ring. So I got the Blue baby instead

Wouldn't a C-Type be a classic though? Oh well, money talks. Getting a steering wheel soon guys, my birthday is coming up really fast- then I'll post some interior pics of my Ute.

Yes A Jag C-Type was First car to enter 24 hour races from Jaguar, and they pretty much dominated. The Jaguar C-Type won the Le Mans 24 hours race at its first attempt in 1951. Back in the day Jaguar was well known for good race cars and engines. Today, they stink, maybe with the new one they will change that around, but they need more engine options just like Mercedes to be on top. But I really Prefer the Benz's cars over Jag's any day.
Jaguar XJ-40 was my first ever car, its was a pretty good car at first, but then it started to malfunction too much, so i sold it and exchange it for C280, but Im still sticking with the name. :)

HOORAY!!!

I just got my car today!

It's a 1995 Ford Taurus 3.8L V6 with enough trunk space to hide 3 dead bodies!!!

Mah first car!

$850

That sounds like a good bargain! Pics and specs?

unfortunately my brilliant grandmother took my camera to my house and i am currently at my grandmother's house.... and i can't find anything that takes pictures.

i don't know many of the specs...

Cons:

the front right window doesn't go down, the speedo just gives up when you hit 60mph and says that your going anywhere between 60-80, the "Check Engine" light is constantly flashing about once every half hour for one minute, the front passenger panel is loose, the driver's side door handle is kinda far from the door, the left windshield wiper flings itself off the window, it's paint is coming off around the gas cover, it only has a tape player, and when you go to hide bodies in the trunk there is a bolt you might get caught on, the ignition sometimes gets stuck, no center console.

Pros:

It's got a 3.8L V6 which approx. 150 bhp, I've driven a mercury cougar that had the same engine and if this car (which weighs 190 Kilos less then the mercury cougar at 1575+/-) can move anywhere near as fast I will be one happy 16 year old, almost all the electrics work besides the ones i noted above, it's got a really hella loud stereo, it smells rather nice (maybe keef's owned it in a past life) it has a cavernous cabin, it has extreamly comfy seats, you can hide several dead bodies plus a couple dead possums in the trunk (no joke my brother, myself, mom's friend, and mom's friends dog can all fit inside of it nicely) it's a nice shade of dark green, the passenger seat has like 1.5 ft of travel, the steering wheel isn't in your crotch, it has hard suspension, very good brakes, and at the speed this car can go I will be able to wrap it around a tree in a month if I try hard.

* 3.8 L Essex V6
* 140 hp, 215 ft·lbf
* 4-speed AX4S automatic
* GL Trim.

i'm not sure about a lot of this stuff as we got it from a local auction for police seizures and somesuch so I didn't really get the entire list of what it has and can do.

Police seizures? Better hope the ex-owner doesn't hunt you down :lol:
I would get that speedo fixed, it might get worse then you'll be don for speeding even though you thought you were doing the right speed. I'd also get a mechanic to look into that check engine light an why it's coming on. Actually, I'd get a mechanic to check the whole thing ;) Try and get things fixed with the money you probably saved buying it rather than spending on new things. You'll be happier with your car if it's running nice than you would be with upgrades and running poorly. Otherwise, sounds half alright.

PS- How do you have a tape player without a centre console?

er, my bad i guess i'm talking about that thing that is supposed to go in between the seats that you store random stuff in.

and it doesn't look like anything bad has happened in it. it has a little less than 100k miles on it so whoever had it managed to stay out of trouble for a while.

it was actually driven in and the owner asked to sell it with the auction so how do you like me now?

Oh, cetrrre console :sly:
Sounds pretty good. Go down to the local wreckers and see if they have any Taurus's with an intact centre console. Lots of parts like that can be gotten cheap at a wreckers ;)

HAHA found my camera with the really good pixals though that doesn't matter

I also found out as i drove it today that if i'm a little too heavy with the pedal (and yes this thing really does move) that as it shifts it jumps like it suddenly finds itself going from clutch and immediately slamming itself into gear and in doing so just slams it in with the high revs.

Haha looks like the previous owner of the Taurus must have ruined the original front bumper...nothing like cheap black plastic!

Those XL-7's look pretty nice in red and black.

That looks alright for a first car BayConRong, like an older model Falcon. Is that front wheel drive or rear. One might think it is a Falcon rebadged.

Like my mom is going to get my brother (who is a novice driver) a ford sports car. for $850. With mostly working stuff.

I don't own either, seeing as they are my parents, but I drive these:
2004 3.9L V6 Mustang
2006 I4 Escape (Manual)
