Bad handling, too tight, unable to maintain speed, a good scrap with Knelly for last 30 odd laps (some reason he doesn't think so) whilst I acted as Spurgy's tail gunner. Way to go Spurgy, incredible fightback. Hopefully will have a better set up for next race here.

You think that your setup was bad?

Thanks Furi 👍 could of easily been fighting for the lead if I hadn't been wrecked 3 times, really surprised I ended 5th though, that was all my strategy though :)

Absolutely awesome job RFLX, craziest finish to a race ever...um, this season...oh, maybe not. Still, A* job out there buddy, Hendrick power.

I've done some point counting already, and as it stands, I would remain in 8th place overall after this round, being on the brink of qualifying in the Chase - but if nobody wins a race outside the top 7, that would mean a spot for me :dopey:

Fortunately, only one wreck in 200 laps of Motegi Tegi Tegi Tegi to add to my diary at this race.

Just to remind, I crossed the line after Niop won, in 6th behind Spurgy. Great fight Spurgy and apologise for my part in your early spin but I felt you came down on me. I had let out for a long time I recall.

Awesome win Champ, on your first Major (?), and staying top of the table, putting HSM to the top as well as Chevvy.

There does need to be some respect around here though, if your a lapped car, don't fight for no reason against those quicker than you and trying to pass you. That would be very frowned upon IRL.

Had loads of fun tonight, great track. 👍

Should have made points up on a few tonight. I'll just have to get my chase spot at Indy :D

Was a great race... and Knelly, people on old tyres, new, I saw EVERYONE including lapped cars pass each other. Near end I was trying to help my team mate, I am sure you would have done same thing.

I watched the replay Knelly, I came down slightly but you moved up about a whole car width. We'll see what Drop thinks and he'll deal with it :) Good fight at the end though.

 you're kidding right?

Watch it from my view. I presume you're talking about T4, after you had just done exactly the same coming down Niop the turn before yeah?

Take it to Drop if you want, be happy for you to get penalised if you decide to protest.

All after almost cutting Tom up coming out the pits early as well? And on cold tyres.

Take a look from all angles before passing judgement, on and off the track.

I was the only one doing 25 laps, I thought more would though. Infact, I really wanted to go for 29 (with a few 28s).
But 25 looked to be really doing great. For the majority of the race, I was literally 1 lap ahead of 2nd place. Niop's plan was to go every 23 laps which would be 1 extra pitstop at the end of the race, I would eventually catch him and even pass him after I exited the pits on my 25 lap stints. So I was thinking I'll easily finish a lap ahead of 2nd.
Then on lap 146 I realize I'm going to run out of gas so I had to pit early and took 40 liters. Then I had to nurse tires up til lap 175 where I took 26 liters. Then Niop came up behind me 7 seconds behind and had to hold him off for 22 laps. He passed me on the last lap.

I thought 25 wasn't much of a problem in the Cup cars? Surprised there wasn't much doing that.

I was doing 26 lap stints.. Also threw a 29/30 lap stint in there.

I could the same about you. Just saying...

"I'm just gonna let off the gas and turn down across this guys nose then blame him when I wreck!"

 You really have no idea do you. You really want to bring up all the history? You will lose, badly.

Never said it was about winning or losing, like how you want it to be a competition . I think our history has been well-documented enough, just saying you have to look at yourself before passing judgement on others :) , and I know i'm not 100% innocent in past.

You were pretty useless out there Furi, I know you're on a DS3 but that doesn't excuse driving like an imbecile. All I'll say.

I did watch it from your view knelly, you quite clearly moved off the white line. Don't know what you mean about me cutting up niop, I'll look tomorrow, but I doubt I did. And with Tom I timed it so I came out right behind him, I did see him coming you know.

When I did say for the whole time before "DON'T" push me... but anyhow just saying Knelly. Entertaining to hear your way of not addressing my point, but good race, Indy should be fun. :)

When exactly? I knew I had a crap car and was driving not at my best...

Don't want to pushed, move out the F'in way ..... Simples. End of.

Anyway, I always mute you because you talk too much.

I've said before 'Generally and throughout'. Washing up, coming down, being unpredictable and swerving around trying to be a playmaker when there are cars around you. Writing cheques that you and your car can't cash.

Apparently running my own race is wrong? And adjusting my line to see what works? Tch half of Hendrick don't like it do they.. I didn't wreck anyone and stayed clean whole race.

I can't be bothered arguing with you Furi, just stay the hell away from any HMS car next week.

eerrmm, my quarter panel had a few paint marks from the # 14.....

Past experiences shouldn't sour on track racing you two.. Except if your Plato and Neal :D. (And even they laugh after hitting each other :odd:)

What you have to remember as well is this track isn't a standard oval, there's lots of different lines people could take especially around T2(3/4 for Americans). For example I took a tighter line than most out of T1(2) which confused people bump drafting me sometimes.
