Mitch, John did ask ahead of time and gave his reason. The previous few races he was running away with, so I personally had no issue with him lowering power to be in the mix with us mortals. The nice thing about that race was Lucas could say he beat Bandit .
Yes. đź‘Ť And it was a nice little battle the entire race. :)

NA time:
Dark Blue and Silver wheels (i changed from my registration, might change again as i am tuning my car).

With very minimal changes to the car, and driving at 6/10, i am got around 1:29...
... Since this would be my first time driving in community, i am very find staying in the back (closing pack).

I two glitch i could see preventing me to sign on is my internet connection, but more importantly my wife.. :P

will try.

The Subaru is to be run stock. The OP states:
  • Vehicle Tuning: Prohibited
The only things you can change are car and wheel colour, brake balance and torque split.

The torque split adjustment is a bit of a gray area and IMHO shouldn't be adjustable when the lobby is set to prohibit vehicle tuning.

PS. You could join us in one of our practice sessions, we'll help you get up to speed đź‘Ť

Yes, he did, but who am I to say anything in a room full of his friends and people that are way more skilled than I am. And, like I said before, the same thing could have been accomplished by him simply dropping back towards the rear of the field and then working his way back up towards the front. Anyways, it is what it is, just thought I'd bring it up as it was just something that kinda bothered me about yesterday's session, that's all. Anyways, looking forward to getting back online again with you guys and running some more laps.

I am happy to see you are having fun online.

Thanks Frank. I wouldn't exactly call it fun in the true sense of the word, but then again when has learning ever meant to be fun. :) I know its going to be a lot of hard work and frustrating times of running in the back, but if that's what its going to take to help me get better, well then so be it. I'm in it for the long haul. ;)

Yeah I was really happy to see you running online! You did great and I'm sure you will improve greatly as time goes on!

If anything I would've thought you were better friends with all of those guys, in the future if yo have a problem with me then please don't hesitate to tell me straight up, I won't mind :) If I had simply dropped back then it wouldn't have provided a challenge to overtake people, but as it worked out I managed to have a fun battle with Gravitron for the entire race đź‘Ť
It was good to see you getting stuck in though, just don't worry about making yourself heard, you have just as much right to be racing online as everyone else does

I have practice times that I can submit. I just have a few questions: Do I just enter the information into the form and submit it? Do I need to save my replay anywhere? Is the lap time to be done in an official Practice room or can it be done on my own, by myself?

Most important items are your PSN and the lap time, everything else is optional. It should be a lap done in a lounge, official or not, doesn't matter, as long as the regs are setup correctly. You don't need to save the replay, it's honor system for the purpose of grouping similar paced guys near each other.

What do you think I have been doing in most of my online races, but hey it still was fun đź‘Ť

Registered for EU đź‘Ť Apologize in advance if my driving isn't great I have not had much time to practice (not like my driving was gonna be good to start off with haha) ;)

Alright Bandit, good enough. đź‘Ť Maybe next time you decide you need a challenge, you can drop back and help me out. Any little piece of advice you may have to offer would be appreciated, that's why I'm here. :) We're all good my friend, race on and stay fast.

@Frank: Yea, it is fun, but it would be a lot more fun if I had somebody to actually race with. I'll get there one of these days though. :)

I'll be ready for some more practice in about an hour if anyone wants to open up a room, I'll be there.

I am pretty sure the new registery will provide competition in every division, even online. And in the near future things like the WRS academy will be picked up again, wich is in my opinion 'the ultimate place' to start racing online. In GT5 it where they only races toghether with the parity racing where I did get some victory's (just a pitty they were not counted as official ;) ) Hang in there for now, try to learn as much as you can, and i am sure you will benefit from it sooner or later....

Somehow..it came with the car stock in real life...so... its hard to say

I can't get anywhere near the time I got in GT5 for this combo, I'll blame the new physics..

EDIT: Few spaces in the room now, for anybody wanting to join.
