Thanks for another great practice round, girls. Once I stopped trying to take some corners like Banditkarter or Twissy I actually managed to get back to my performance from yesterday - and improved a hell of a lot, even doing a low 1:25 in a practice run once.
Despite knowing better I put it in the practice registry - I'll hate myself for that on Wednesday...

Just submitted a time, it was my fastest from a lounge but there's a bit of slipstream in that one to, I did get a .3 out of slipstream but I can't remember the last 2 digits!! Only remember the .198 because I was surprised to see it. I also didn't realise I could change the BB on the 207 last week 
! So thanks to Bart for sharing some information tonight, I'll give it some more practice tomorrow for Wednesday !

First practice session done and I seem to be doing alright, especially considering I'm not too fond of Deep Forest (my worst WRS event to date was at this track).
The understeer in the Impreza is insane, especially in the double apex left hander halfway round which has caught me out several times. Out of interest, I tried running with 200 kg of ballast at the rear to reduce the understeer, and I was only a few tenths slower per lap.
(No, I'm not going to run with ballast in the event itself.)

Had a great practice with the guys tonight didn't beat my best time but was consistently close to it and my race pace wasn't as far off the top guys as I thought I'd be.
Had a few great race with hasselmoff and turok as race pace was closely matched also saw a lot of cargo in my mirrors and was subject to a very good overtake from him too .

Had another great session today and met some more cool people. Bart, Patrick, skyline, and too many others to remember. Starting to feel a tad more comfortable as I get to meet more and more people. Really had a great time today guys, thanks for having me. Look forward to doing it again.

Curious. I just clicked it to see and it said it was for this event not mountaineering. Just checked it in the form and its all correct there.
Edit: Ok you did in fact register to Mountaineering somehow. Use the link in the OP where it says "Register here" and that will take you to the right place. Not sure what happened there

I'm going to get some practice laps in on an early morning sesh (session). I'll open up a Deep Forest / WRX room in a little bit for anyone who is up at this early hour and has nothing better to do on their day off from work/school/life.
