Changing my PSN to GTP_DutchCustoms on FF25, it all looks right.

I'll leave it there for a bit until I get home and can screen shot it.

I was also wondering about this as I would like to include both of my account names for PSN, cargorat323 / GTP_CargoRatt.

Still having this problem. As you can see, only the first three letters show up of my GTP account.

It's a field meant for a single name, so it's not surprising it won't fit two. TB's suggestion still makes the most sense for the time being, IMO 👍

I had that happen earlier; give it a little bit of time, mine was swapped over completely in all parts of the site after a few minutes. I'm not sure what the technical explanation could be (@Jordan would know more about that), but my guess is that making the many differently-sized versions for use around the site sometimes takes a bit of time to complete.

Had an issue earlier where I wrote two separate lines of text in the Response box, separated by a blank line.

When I hit back space to bring the two on the same line, the bottom line shrunk to a 1-size font.

And all text from then on was a size of 1, including the text that had been brought together, but not the text that hadn't moved.

In another issue, if I hit reply to someone, copy the reply, and then edit it into another response, the reply remains in my message box, even after I've left the thread and returned to it. How can I make it go away?

I'm using the latest version of Chrome, by the way.

If its a field meant for a single name, then explain this. DaveTheStalker /GTP_DTS. That name has a total of 22 characters. On mine, it stops at 16 characters, as a final result and even when just entering it. It won't let me go past 16 characters, even when it is clear that other people have.

You'll notice it's not limiting by character count but simply cropping it to the maximum dimensions as if it were an image - he's got 18.5 characters there... Yours is limited to character count because you're entering a new one - DaveTheStalker's simply hasn't been changed from how he entered it on GTP11 (or even earlier!).

In any case, there are more pressing behind-the-scenes issues at the moment. Jordan is basically working full time to solve the things that keep the site functioning and live - with the occasional moment of lopping the head off a hydra only to find two more grow in its place... The fact new PSN usernames are limited to 16 characters on a single line about 120px wide has been added to the minor issues list that will be approached when bigger things are done.

Uh, I don't know if anybody reported this before me, but the recent release of Internet Explorer 11 came with some issues. When I try to login, I put in my credentials, press Log In, and then nothing happens. More clearly, when I press log in, it sends me back to the page from where I came from, without logging me in. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Regarding the character PSN field character limit, it's set at a maximum of 16 because that's what the limit is for the PSN service itself. There isn't enough room for two names in the field, anyway, so it's best to use your signature if you want to list other names.

Yes, this is a confirmed bug. Are you using Chrome on Mac OS?

I don't have access to an IE11 test machine yet and haven't done any testing in the browser. Can anyone else confirm or duplicate this problem?

It's just not supported by the software at the moment. It may come in the future.

I have just done what normally resulted in size 1 text for me - dragging text around the reply box in chrome - and it seems fine now. Will poke my head back in if I see it again.

@Jordan I've just noticed that I can't see the Custom Title of other users, but can still see my own in My Account. I just wondered if this was a bug on my end or not?
