i saw some guy's here and there on the track. i believe there where some div 3 drivers in the Ferrari event that i organized a couple of weeks ago.

witch event are you racing the most at the moment?


it took me a while to decide but after last night it’s gonna be Daytona 600pp https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=112548for sure. Awesome racing. i'll be there tonight again.
 
Hey guys, I finally got registered and landed in Division 3 Bronze 👍
Thought it would be something around Division 5 though :)
I'm from Switzerland and I'm watching this forum for quite a while now.
I'd be happy to have some races with equally skilled racers, so far I was just always far behind.

I have not decided in what events to do, lately i have done a few races in the CITREON GT event.
 
Is anyone up for organising some sort of division 3 get together race some weekend soon? I'm not sure what dates i could yet but I thought I'd just post first and see if anyone is up for it? Maybe with Home rumored to be an open beta within two weeks, I or someone could set up a division 3 club, what do you guys think?
 
Sounds great - I'll help out if you want but I can't get back involved until Wednesday, December 17th because of travel and vacation. We've needed something like this for our Div for quite sometime. Might want to keep the first one simple by just choosing an Online Event and a date/time and say show up. Then we can get fancier after that. :)
 
Can you both give examples of suitable times? Because I'm not sure yet either. Maybe sometime Saturday evening GMT?
 
New Zealand is GMT +13 so 9AM GMT to 5PM GMT is generally when we are sleeping in NZ. Anyting outside of those times, I would be able to attend.

Sounds good to me... I'm on GMT but I'm often about in the wee small hours at weekends and sometimes in the week.

Oh and I'm a fairly recent addition to div 3 (bronze) so hi-de-doodle peeps. :)

Dear division 3 members,

What do you guys think of an championship like I post on post#104. I already collected a couple of names. Every time I see a name pop up here I note him in a list. If we want to create a championship, this is only possible when the full game is out and we have private rooms and we can create our own races. In the mean while till the full game arrives we can organize same 1 day/night events for fun off course.


What do I mean with championship: (example)

  • [*]10 races
    [*]Approximately 30 min a race
    [*]Pit stops
    [*]Qualification for the start grid
    [*]Everybody in the same car to keep it exiting and no advantage of faster car so it all comes down on the skills of the driver.

If there are too many participators we can split up the group in the original qualification as Gold, Silver and Bronze. Winners of a group at the end of the championship goes a division higher. Example winner of bronze goes to silver and the loser of silver goes to bronze.

This are just basic idea’s. So many things we can do.

We have a year to go. So plenty of time to make this the best online race championship there is. Till that time we can do some tests with one day/night event.

Like I said before at the moment I’m quite busy. But from January/February, I will have more time on my hands.

Let me know what you think of it. Any idea's are welcome as well, off course.

TALLY HO!! I'm definitely up for something like that! No telling how long it might be 'til it's possible to set up that kinda thing, but if/when it is, I'll be there.

Hey guys, if you are wanting an event organised, look in the GTP race enents thread and look for my event i created a while ago witch allready has 8 registered drivers.

The event is called ONLINE CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES. ( Its on page 5 )

Let me know what you think.
 
Hi everyone. Why dont we organise an event like F430 at the 10 lap Suzuka race. We could race at xx:10 and xx:40 so we dont mess with the xx:00 and xx:30 races. That way we can have some fun racing amongst Division 3.
