This was a nice lap, still got lots of corners to improve. Fastest T1 has been a mid 6 and i had T2s in the low 5s....

I don't like the setups posted.... Perhaps too wheely for me. Here's my current DS3 setup that I used to set the splits.

40/65
Trans 3.420, 2.277, 1.670, 1.256, 1.003, 0.841, Final 4.160, Max 205
LSD 22 52 18
Suspension 2 -10, 13.8 13.5, 6 6, 5 5, 2 7
2.5 2.3
-0.25 0.11
BB 7/5

AS strong.
TCS 1
ABS 2
controller sensitivity 1
Haven't used my DS3 in a few months, But I know I wouldn't use my setup with one, looking at yours though, it should make the car less twitchy to decrease the accel LSD. Also increasing the rear toe back to stock could help, just suggestions. 👍

I can't even remember how to drive with a controller - bravo to anyone that can do it at all, much less be competitive with one. 👍 Nice splits Matt. :)

Very small setup change:

Springs: 14.2/14.2
Dampers: 8/7 8/7

13.491
39.230

Messed up the entry to the long right hander (again) and a bit too cautious though the fast right/left at the end of T2 so I'm hoping to gain another 0.15 or so there. T1 is about maxed out for me give or take a couple of hundredths... so time to perfect T3. God I hate that last fast left hander... Bang! Bang! Bang!

Just had a 1.5 hour session where everything that could go wrong, went wrong.
Screwed up 2 great laps, one entering the final corner and one 200 meters before the finish. :ouch: And walls.... many walls.

Having to work some overtime this week to prep for our new VOIP system at work :( GL Guys!

How'd you do that? I had one where I impressed myself by touching the rumbles on the left, but never got wall contact.

Guess we're going to duke it out for fastest T1 eh?

Well now I gotta run some more... j/k I was going to anyway. :)

I was stupid enough to cut it short, there is a shadow and then a yellow barrier which I had mistaken for a clear pass.

Cheer up poolhaas, I bet this weekend's full schedule of racing will inspire you to give it some more go's. I bet seeing NINE_HUNDRED so far ahead of us will, as well. :mischievous:

Nice work, NINE'er. 👍 I go back and forth between DS3 and DFGT all the time, so I'll be trying out millross' tune too.

This combo really gets my blood going, on the infrequent chance that I get ahead of my ghost. Kevin!
I pretty much hate turn 1, though. :ill:

I made some minor changes here and there, didn't realize how much I'd changed it.

I sent over the car to do this week but for some reason can't find the motivation to do it, seems strange as I really enjoy driving the GT500 cars. These and Touring Cars were my favorite to drive in race lobbies. Surely I haven't burnt myself out from last week, as I only ran it for 2-3 days about a couple of hours each.

Hopefully find the motivation to do it over the weekend

A7X is looking to comfortable at the top of the split leaderboards :sly:

Nearly there with the lap. Maybe 2 tenths left.

Nice one Matt! All down to the last sector then :scared:

Didn't get ay time to run last night to try out CSL's gear ratio recommendations. Just as 11pm rolled around my daughter had a nightmare. By the time we got her settled again it was too late to get started. Hopefully get some time tonight, and will definately get some hours on Saturday as my wife is out for the evening.

EDIT: Very nice splits Brinkley 👍 kinda keeping it low key there, but don't think I don't see you sneaking up like some stealthy ninja :sly:

Carlos,
don't worry about me, I did a victory burnout, ate a donut, and smoked a cigeratte before I got to the finish line... I was just happy to see those splits.. its like someone said early in this thread.... lot of time in T3..... I still see a little time I can shave off. seeing it is one thing, doing it is a whole different ballgame.

Hmmmm, not having a good week with this combo... Can't seem to crack it!

Oh well, there's always next week! :)

Off for the weekend to a Car Show so won't be doing much over the weekend so won't get a chance to get a decent time and submit!

Good luck to everyone!! 👍

New splits, the balance it still not quite tuned to my liking but its getting closer. Gearing needs some definite work too... I might have a couple more tenths in me but save for any major breakthroughs this one might be it. I went a little wide in the last corner and gave up a little bit, but am happy with the rest of the lap.

T1: 13.574
T2L 39.205

Only 10 or 15 laps (clean) so far. Just ducking under 14 for T1 is killing me. Breaks loose so quick....gonna try some of the other tunes this weekend and try to claw up the board a few spots.
