It's back now, but I haven't fixed anything. We see this every now and then with our registration image updater (every 15min). With this being the most complex table we've ever put together, I'm not surprised that Google occasionally gives us a bad image. I've seen it a couple times where a Corvette on the right has been truncated, and then the next update 15min later is fine.

EDIT: I'll see if I can grab pics of your cars on share...if I can't then maybe Tim can do it tonight.

I'm back home, but barely alive after that cross country trip from hell. I'll catch up with stuff tomorrow most likely after a good long sleep.

Ran some laps this evening. Verified (twice) that the room and car were correct. Only 0.04 off of the time I submitted yesterday, so I think that was correct as well. Looking forward to getting some practice time in with Team USA. Should be a good learning experience.

Going on track tonight, around 19:00 GMT in 3d3 lounge, time to get some Miles on the car.

Edit,
Was about early,allready finished.

Going in to the main lounge for practice shortly.

Might try some GT3 cars too, while I'm at Spa.

I just entered the main lounge for a bit of practice time.. thinking Fuji

*edit ; left already

Jumping in the B Lounge (GTP_3D3_B) for some practice.

I see that PURE North America got their car in the list. The PURE Swedens livery is also finalized, and a car is shared from my account (GTP_chorda) so you can "pick it up". 👍

When I log into gran-turismo.com as 3d3 and navigate to your profile page I get an error "You cannot view the My Home pages of players who are not your friends." But you show up on the friends list so that makes no sense. I have the same issue with Basse. Didn't have any issue with DrWatson so I was able to get the PURE NA car livery from there.

Can you or someone else on your friends list go online and look at your own profile and save the png image of the car? Post it here and I'll put it in the registration doc.

Thanks.

lol, whoops... that one actually isn't using the correct paint. Didn't realize I put it on share.

edit:
... just checked... it wasn't on share. That's interesting.

The correct PURE NA livery is shared on my GTP_DrWatson now though.

Ok, thanks Tim.

I'll look in to it tomorrow. 👍

Hi , I'm sorry I do not know how this championship :(

Not sure what you're asking, but it's pretty simple from a driver standpoint.

It's a one day event only:

  1. Make sure to qualify (individually or with your team) by August 8th -- @ Fuji
  2. Show up to race on August 10th @ 20:00 GMT (show up at least 15 mins early) at your assigned lounge (determined after quali)
  3. Race 1 @ Fuji ~ 40 mins
  4. A short break while we scramble to total up points and assign lounges and starting positions for round 2
  5. Race 2 @ Spa ~ 40 mins
  6. A few hours later we'll release the full results

We'll worry about the rest. :sly: It's far from simple from an organizers standpoint.

All done with stock Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 (C6) RM '09. Just break it in, paint it your team colors, set the car # (to be assigned) and then set power to 90.8%.

Use team tactics (bump draft, strategy, etc) or drive as individuals during quali and/or races... that's up to you and your team.

no no wrp with my rotten English I speak wrong, I just said that I will not be for the championship ( ****ing google trad' xD )

OK, I took you off the list.

The PURE Europe team is now down to 1 driver (Biffy) so you guys will have to let me know if you want me to drop that team or... Certainly, if Biffy wants to take part we'll find a spot for him no problem. With three different UK based teams I'd be surprised if we don't have at least one guy cancel or drop out.

OK, I moved Biffy to the free agent list in case he still wants to participate. If he wants to cancel or go on reserve someone please update his status.

Ahh, sad news I guess. If anyone wants me on their team then I'll happily oblige, just a bit tough for me to find the time to practice and even race as I've recently started working full-time, but I'll see what I can do.

Ren, Lucas and I ran a practice race at Fuji... All I can say is it's going to be some awesome racing. Finish was 0.015 between 1st and 2nd.

Lap 1: How to keep your position when drafted on the straight.

Lap 2: How to lose it. :ouch:

It's worth a watch, even though it's cell-phoned:

British racing green metallic for the body, the rims are the original colour but we could change it if you want.

Ah that's ok, I had already painted mine and forgot what the original ones looked like :D Suppose we could paint the rims gold to match the trophy we're bringing home

Do I need to practice with other guys to get split times?

I tryed going back to lobby to view the live timing but nothing was shown. Or do I have to enter the pits 1st?

No you can just run solo. Maybe the room was glitched. Normally, open room, adjust settings and regs, enter pits, drive some laps, exit to lobby, watch race and go to timings and you'll see your fastest lap with splits. If you re enter pits it clears time from previous stint.

I suggest just try it again... Do just one lap (after untimed out lap) and check that the time is listed.

Let's get this party started....

Fuji F: Full Practice Race (24 laps)
Thursday, August 1 @ (20:00 GMT | 1:00 PM Pacific | 4:00 PM Eastern)

The lounge will be open for free run prior to the stated time for warm up. At the stated time for each practice race, there will be a 10 minute open qualification session followed by the race with a rolling start / formation lap, fastest first.

Something else (I am double posting because of the importance), I can't seem to find in the OP which track will be used in Qualification. I assume Fuji F, because that's the first track?
