Also note we likely have 16 teams and 4 lounges. There is a decent chance that two teams may not even see each other on track. I think a different shade of red is fine. As long as you can differentiate on track... Eg a matte versus a chrome or dark vs bright.

What happened to our car?

I was told by Hasslemoff that I had made a mistake and that the livery was supposed to be for Team UK Tees and not Team UK. If you want the same livery it's fine with me. I'll copy it over and then you guys can decide and for once the USA won't get involved in an international squabble.

PS> Just noticed that Twissy signed up as confirmed. There are a few reserve drivers in the three UK/GB teams so I'll sure we'll find him a spot.

PPS> Nicko... can you fill out this online driver registration form (which will allow our automated registration system to recognize you ) and then you will show up in the registration image. Before the event (or before any organized practices) you'll also have to send friend requests to our lounges.

Got it. Looks slick. 👍

Indeed that does look sick good eric and wes did push the orange rims through it looks so awesome with the matte black. 👍👍👍 :P

And btw two yellow cars, pure north america and team belgium. Though I think Belgium was earlier on deciding their color can't one of the teams use matte yellow because right now they look almost exactly the same.

Ours was pretty obviously up first... since we took corvette racing colors because they weren't taken. And it's an American race team, car, factory... so I say Belgium changes their wheels or something.

Just use slightly different yellows and all will be fine. Again, there is a 50/50 chance they won't be in the same lounge for either round anyway.

PS> Up to 57 drivers including reserves. :boggled: And we know two more drivers for sure in PURE Sweden are in the process of completing the qualifier before they can sign up so make that 59.

FYI, our car is wearing the Corvette standard "Velocity Yellow" ... that should help other yellows choose around it.

(and seriously the matte black and orange looks badass)

Team Belgium never put a car on share with their yellow... someone from the team should do so and we can compare/contrast.

Didn't you get it from my share?

It's entirely possible, I don't remember. I have a lot on my plate and just took Paul for his word when he sent me the message. I'm just the livery "copy/paster" and didn't mean to get in the middle of an imperial crisis.

It looks like the colour I put on share as well. Ill sort it out when I get home later on.

Since we now have a good number of guys signed up from UK, and we so far havn't really been very organised about anything (:sly:) I'm going to put together a discussion thread in the next day or 2 and we can properly discuss team splits/tactics/colours etc.

I'll send a PM round to all the UK guys signed up when its up and we can get things kicked off 👍

Edit: This is currently aimed at Team UK, and Team GB, as Tees is more specialised and seems to have gotten together fairly nicely already, although of course you guys will be welcomed into the discussion as well!

If you guys get organized maybe a Team UK (super team) versus Team US (super team) scrimmage is in order for early August?

Speaking of that topic...

The WRS GT3 race at Spa was potentially moving to August 3, but is now confirmed for July 28th, which means Aug 3/4 is now open for some interesting unofficial/optional "things" to support the World Cup. Maybe some scrimmages (like UK vs US) or open practice or both. We can open up a few time slots and have teams sign up.

If we do anything on Aug 3 and/or 4, participation is completely optional of course. The only official/required event will be the one on Aug 10th.

PS> I checked and the green livery I got did come from Silver. See here. Paul, I'll replace the UK Tees one when you put up a car... maybe just change the rim color if you are also using British Racing Green.

Super teams well I think what could be done is maybe D1 teams against each other with a broadcast from Oink so other people can watch. I think that would be really awesome.

Well I'm sure oink wants to drive too you know!

But speaking of broadcasts... Oink and I did a test dual broadcast earlier in the week where I got on a skype voice call with oink which he fed to his stream and we ran a play by play (oink) plus color commentator (me) and it worked really well. Look for a broadcast from us to go live this Saturday for the F1 qualifying event at GP/F.

Unfortunately, oink has a conflict on Sunday so we won't be able to broadcast the F1 race on Sunday.

Looks good to me!

Sorry my mistake, I put the car on share and seen the UK one for the first time in the table after I had shared ours and thought it was ours sorry.

The cars back on share now and sent to Chris and Dano :)

Heres our livery GT polarized scheme.

Nothing special about us :sly:, the area maybe.

Im up for it if I can make it:tup:👍

I love green and that's stunning.

Having issues seeing the thumbnail, but I'll give the site a few moments to refresh.

EDIT: Got it (on left) and looks different from the Team UK version (on right)

If todays WRS 93 Online race is any indicator, Team Aussie has a great chance of a good result

I just grabbed a few bottles of this for Nicko and I...

GTP_aussienicko has been added as a friend to the GTP_3D3Racing, GTP_3D3_A, and GTP_3D3_B accounts. 👍

You guys did a great job in qualifying. I caught a bit of it, and I must say, well done 👍.

I just signed up as a free agent. Maybe there are some other 4/5 division guys that would like to form a sort of "rookie" team? Sounds like a fun event.

The broadcasting was fun, actually more fun then I anticipated. I would like to do it again sometime as I learned a lot and sure I could improve. But I like driving so it's going to be hard to pull me off the wheel.

You are welcome to join Team USA. We've got a complete spectrum of drivers across three teams and will organize those teams according to "speed" based on qualifying. But our overall goal is to assist all drivers on the team to achieve the best overall result. Drop into our Team USA Thread if you are interested and take a look. I'll finally be returning home in about 8 days at which point the activity will pick up and we'll schedule some practices.

Hi Tim!

I got my swedish team set as far as number of players. Not sure if everyone got a GTP account yet though, but they'll fix that before the event. 👍

You can add GTP_Sierra to the swedish team.
And the other two drivers are Sail IC and basse. If they got GTP-accounts, put them up in the team.
If they don't, I'm going to remind them to get that sorted. 👍

Cheers
Dennis

I'll add GTP_Sierra now... as for SailIC and basse... I don't know if they have GTP accounts or not and I can't find those names in the registry so I doubt it, so you should probably remind them. They need to complete the qualifier and submit their times and replays by Aug 3rd as the next batch is scheduled to run in early August a few days prior to this event.

PS> I see T-L signed up for Team Canada. 👍 More speed in the lineup. :boggled:
