Getting the unified GT specs done atleast means it has been a productive period whilst PSN has been down :P
 
Looks like we will not be racing this week either...
Guys please take a look at the calendar and tell me what you think, originally we were not gonna race next weekend May 8. But due to the psn blackout I know everyone's hungry to race. I will most probably not be able to make it on the 8th so if you guys want to race we will need to find a host for that race. Please give me your opinions on this, do we hold off till Monza and make Suzuka the season finale, or do we put Suzuka for May 8th. I may be able to make the race if we run an hour later tha ussual.
Please let us know what's your preference?

I'm flexible.. Count me in for whatever!
 
If starting an hour later means you can join Jav then I am fine with that. If not then I'd vote to postpone the race. Also if we did wait no reason to change Suzuka to the last race. Just move all the dates back.

The schedule can be pushed back one week no problem. The question is do you guys want to follow the schedule as posted or do you want to race next week?
If we are racing next week we are going to need someone else to host as I'm not sure if I'll make it on time for practice/quali.

Lets race next week...I can host. I have a 100% connection and I've never lagged before with High Race Quality, highest mic quality (even tho I'll disable mics), and 16 guys in a pub lobby.

And I kind of believe Sony when they say it'll up by Tuesday, except I'm thinking more Wednesday. Still, that's time enough to test and be ready for a Sunday race. I say let the show go on next week with Suzuka, then proceed as normal.

You'r good! We are ssually done by 9 with our ussual start time, so we should be done by 10
 
I just drove a VR-4 3000GT for the first time, a few minutes ago at work. Gotta say, not a big fan of those cars, but it honestly impressed me a bit! Had the best steering feel out of anything I think I've driven, and I've driven a LOT of cars!
 
Hey guys, I'll be there on 5/8. Coming back home early next week and can't wait to get behind the wheel after 3 weeks of no access to a PS3. Been reading about the PSN problems...what a mess...but on the bright side I only missed 2 races instead of 3 and I'll get to race Owens, tray and Jav at Suzuka :D provided that Sony delivers on their promise :nervous:. See you on track!

Yeah the PD guys kind of sliped there, can't really think of any new RL track on the game other than Monza... Am I right?

You mean tracks they missed? They missed a whole boatload, all the ALMS, BTCC, DTM, etc.
 
Apparently there was going to be DTM and FIA GT, could there also have been more tracks in the works for these series'?
 
Yeah definitely DLC please! I'll pay $20 for the DTM and FIA GT cars! Then they can donate all the procceds to the tsumnami victims!

Edit: with the proper sounds to go with the cars please, not the crappy noise you gave the ferraris and Vettes with the racing exhaust!

I don't care about the other cars, I would pay $20 for PD to get the sound right for this car alone!

Speaking of DLC though, Spa Francorchamps is a must for me.
 
I just lost all respect for Honda the moment they dropped the development of this car. And yes please yes DLC it!!!
