I'm very angry right now (**** Windows 8.1). The Q3 reports for Krieger Automotive and an announcement about Goodwood shall be made tomorrow.
You just use the platforms without using an engine. Just buy electric motors, and it'll be all-electric.
www.windscreen-magazine.comWe have received a leak from Legro Motors suggesting that the British car brand they have been talking about would be Triumph Cars. Our source tells that brand new Triumph car should come from brand new factory in next year. There are even stronger sings that Legro Motors will buy Truimph Cars brand from BMW, Legro Motors CEO Leevi Gronberg has been seen driving Triumph TR6 in Bayer, Germany.
www.randomcarnews.comWe recently interviewed WhiterunGuard from Knight Industries about his view on a few things...
Q:So...WhiterunGuard, will you ever reveal your real name?
A: Part of it now that I know I'm not going down the drain anytime soon...call me Elias
Q: Ok,Elias, your concept at Geneva did not do so well...do you still plan on producing it?
A:Yes, I do...and to show my main rival at Legro Motors I mean business, and how you should really do it, I'm going to start a new company next year with the Suleyk leading the charge, not buying a company.
Q:That seemed a little venomous...are you in bad standing with Legro Motors?
A:No...that came out wrong...don't put that in your interview post. I consider Legro one of my friends, and being the only other Finnish brand at the moment, my biggest rival, in fact if I ever do go under he gets all my Knight Industries assets for free.
Q:Have you done anything to address the problem with your exploding W20 (the reporter happens to not know it is a Twin V)
A:Yes...use a stronger material and also the engine is a Twin V...not a W engine.
Q:Can you drop a hint about your Goodwood Vehicle?
A:I would love to...It's from our FLaG division...it will attempt to use Power Band Technology like you would find in the transmission of a racing motorcycle and possibly Fan Technology like that of the Chaparral 2J...
Q:FLaG?
A:Fast, Low and Grand
Q: Ok...that is all then...have a good day Elias
A:come back any time...

Auto and CruiseFuture Cars: 2015 Starboard Atlantica and Mediterranea, plus 5 questions with CEO chef211
We have received some news about Starboard's upcoming debut at Goodwood, the Atlantica 4-door coupe and Mediterranea 4-door Convertible electric cars. Starboard said that they want to directly fight the Tesla Model S with the Atlantica sedan. The Atlantica sedan and Mediterranea Convertible will also preview a new design language for all Spirit class vehicles , the Starboard boss chef211 said. We have prepared 5 questions regarding the Atlantica Sedan and Mediterranea Convertible's debut at Goodwood in a couple of weeks.
We have came up with 5 questions to share with chef211 as well.
1. Why did you choose an all-electric powertrain instead of a hybrid powertrain for the Atlantica sedan?
Answer: Simple, the Atlantica simply was not the right time for us financially to put out a V8 hybrid, so Starboard decided to do an all-electric powertrain simply because it was just getting phased in by rivals and electric motors by themselves are getting more powerful.
2. Have you decided the Atlantica's design yet, since we all know it is going to be based on your Savona (RWD) platform?
Answer: Yes, I have gone with a 4-door coupe design to give the Atlantica that luxurious feel that it needs as well as some elegance.
3. What about the windows in the design, are you going to the same approach as the Radiance or something different?
Answer: Like I said I am going to go the same route but in a more elegant format because I have a RWD platform to work with instead of an FWD platform.
4: Can you share any details about the engine?
Answer: I can not share any details at this time but you will hear specs at a later date.
5: About the Mediterranea, is it going to be a soft folding top like normal convertibles would have or a hard folding top?
Answer: The Mediterranea will use a hard folding top because it also doubles as a sedan as well.
I apologize for leaving y'all hanging yesterday. Not in a much better mood. J has made me think about something with his new entry (not sure if I hate you or not yet, J). We have coupes and sedans, but almost everything else is very nondescript with it's sizing. Should I make it moreso, or are things fine as is?
I'll start hammering out new stats asap.
Maybe you should have categories in the body styles such as:I apologize for leaving y'all hanging yesterday. Not in a much better mood. Actually, Coupe and Sedan, being as they are 2-door and 4-door, respectively, a large portion of the time, they would stay. The hatch is more what I'm thinking, but with everything, but I wasn't sure if I need to make prices different. A lot of you do this for flavor right now, how would you react if a body cost...25cr more for two more doors?
