Ok I see where this is going, guess I'll have to alter my game-plan a bit :sly:

I'm thinking of producing a supercar...someone talk me out of this.
Think about development costs, the car needs to superb to make back what it costed to build. If it isn't you end up with car like Bugatti Veyron and you lose money with every car built.

Every design I come up with for the Diadema isn't coming out the way I want it to but I will just stick with a supercar for now.

@BKGlover Can we recall parts to make our ratings higher if they're really low?

That's what the upgrades are for. Each level upgrade bumps the minimum possible roll, meaning that a L1 can't get a 0, an L4 can't get less than a 4, and L15 is designed to be perfect.

That said, Each level gets a reroll UNLESS you buy more than 1 per quarter. Buy 5, and I only reroll once, but the new minimums are still there. Also, and this is a BIG problem I've had, each level cost 15% of the previous level. L1 would be 15% of the base cost, that one is easy, but L2 is 15% of what L1+the base cost is, L3 is 15% of that total, and so on to L15.

*Elias sees someone flagging him down, so he stops and gets out of the Suleyk he is testing* "How do you always manage to find me?" "Well...um...you really don't need to know that. Anyway, how is Project LSR-304 coming?" "I've posted that online, haven't I? It's going to be ready for Goodwood...it's already been to 213mph on a public road so I believe if I were to dare try and get it to go faster than the production car speed record it very well could...if you're not careful though it will still throw the transmission...the engine has been sorted out..and the fans are working better than ever....also to anyone who buys a Suleyk when they come out next year...The Transmission is supposed to feel like that!" "hmm...seems you are having some issues with your Goodwood concept." "Well I must get it correct before then, because this is an open market...I Challenge you Dagger311 and Legro, who will be the king of hypercars at Goodwood?" *WhiterunGuard then gets back in the Suleyk and drives off*

I have done that right if I'm not forgetting something.

I don't understand how to calculate that, so I'll stick with my L0 parts.

As can I. You'll just need to say what level.

So you all know, L5 is the tipping point where the total cost of upgrades supersedes the original cost of the part.

EDIT: Legro, you have it right.

I'm thinking of producing a supercar...someone talk me out of this.

I'm developing one. Concept form is being shown at Goodwood. It seems the game is favoring the high-end cars right now so I figured a halo car would be good for my profits. It's got a very unique and defining feature.

I really need to tackle the massive project of distribution and pricing for this quarter (as well as press releasing the aforementioned halo car), but real life events are hampering progress.

I thought you needed a bit of competition and I need money to fund a new line of supercars so the near empty EV market seemed a good place to start.

Do it. I mean, I've done a bit of a Bugatti and produce a mega-dollar car and I sold it for alot less then the production cost but I somehow made money. Not as much as I could have but enough to make sure I won't go bankrupt anytime soon.

There's very few Supercars in this market and I think all of them have sold out :mischievous:
I only know of one supercar, which is the NW01, but that didn't sell too well. So yeah, you have our number there.

The EV market also seemed good to me, but Starboard need the 7,000 cr loan to produce the 2 EV's that I plan to make, but how do I get that 7,000 cr loan.

Well you have to make a listing at which point the bank may or may not grant it. If they don't then your out of luck. If they do then you receive your money and make either monthly payments or pay it all in one go. However this isn't real life so I assume @BKGlover will give you 7,000 CR and say "Pay me back or your dead."

Alright, I tried earlier, but he didn't reply back and now I will try again.

Starboard Motors would like to take out a 7,000 cr loan to produce the Radiance class of cars and a unspecified car that I have yet to announce.

Thank you for helping me out, if not I will just wait till the next quarter to release the Radiance and the unspecified vehicle. (the start of my Classics line)

I'm not really interested in this anymore and I have too much stuff to do, and I don't like the math part of this (even though I'm sure BK has it 10x worse). So I guess I'm resigning... Someone have fun with the "Shut up Jerry you'll be :censored:ing fired if you make pink a color option!" Pink.
