Depends... If you muted the video less than a second after you heard it, then it could probably be let off.. But most likely you've just been Whammed!

EDIT: I nearly got Whammed today too. I saw an advert on TV featuring the song but thank goodness it was a cover and not the original .

Crikey I'm being lucky this year, haven't changed my lifestyle at all and am still in. My sixth form is doing lots of Christmas stuff this week though so the chance of someone having this on a playlist in one of the social areas (I don't know what else to call them because if I used their names it would mean nothing to you guys.) is nigh on 100%, I'll have my headphones on as much of the time as I can but that's difficult when your with friends.

All Christmas shopping has been done online and in my old trip to a shopping centre I was on my own so had my headphones in.

Getting towards the last week when everything Christmas related ramps up hugely, let the real challenge commence.
