Baseball question: What would you rather be, a pitcher or a hitter? assuming that you play for an AL team.

Hitter.

Why?

I can get more glory than a pitcher, but if I fail, I don't get nearly as much blame.

Location question: do you live in Phoenix or in the freaking desert?. If the nearest bank is 10 miles away, I can assume that you are kept in isolation by the Goverment or FBI...or you live in a secret pond in AZ

I live in a suburb of Phoenix. And I forgot that there's a Wells Fargo at the Safeway that's 2 minutes away. I was thinking of Bank of America. But yes, there's just tons and tons of desert to the west of the development I live in. It's ATV heaven.

Football or Soccer?

American football.

Hockey or Tennis?

Surfing or skateboarding?

Surfing.

Snowboarding or skiiing?

Hmm... snowboarding.

Football is soccer, American football is big men with tits running around with far too much padding on that carry the non-ball shaped ball with their hands.

I think that European football is like F1: boring. At least there's scoring in American football.

In the winter, the highs are usually 65º-75º fahrenheit, with the lows being in the 40s and upper 30s.

In spring, it's 90º, with 60º lows.

In summer, it's 110º at least, sometimes creeping up to 120º in some places.

In the fall, it's 100º with 70º lows.

This summer has really been hell, since not only there's the oven-ish temperatures, there's been tons of humidity as well.

Is it even possible to do any sport without burning to a crisp?

Well, if you outdoor sports in the winter, it's all good, but for outdoor sports in the summer, well... no. Indoor sports are good though all year.
