No Doc, im referring to the GT (Grand Touring) wheel (quick release) that fanatec is planning to release alongside the F1 wheel (not sure theres any details yet with it). And im pretty sure he mentioned that the base is multi-platform as well. I'm waiting for the GT wheel since its better suited for, well, GT racing (Touring cars). I can't imagine drifting with the F1 wheel :D if i got the money, id get both :scared: so i can use it for iRacing/F1 2011.

The new Thurstmaster F1 wheel looks fantastic also. How much is it Mr. Owens?

The F1 wheel is an add on to the T500RS. You must have the T500RS to use the F1 wheel or you can buy all together. The F1 wheel is 150USD and T500RS is 500USD. In total you spend 650USD:scared:. Its just outrageous!!
 
Sorry ive been a little quite over the past few days, just been enjoying the warm weather over in the uk we have now plus been loving f1 2011 and ALSO im still upset with last race losing all them points HAHA hey ho its a game hehe.

I think im out of the running now so im much looking forward to next season where i hope i can do better hehe.

PLUS there is going to be a big update/dlc to come next month so who knows.....

Hey guys, we really need to do schedule a photo-op before the season ends. Would be nice to see a whole row of a diverse GT500 grid - and a GT300 grid for that matter - with the Suzuka Wheel in the backdrop (etc.)

Also, i'm hoping to pull in some 'legitimate' real life sponsors to make this championship more legit. Possibly the likes of Fanatec and/or Thrustmaster, etc. on-board, :) we'll see..

As long as they give me a good discount on one of their wheels, I'm fine with this :sly:
 
That mean I'm getting stuck with a cruddy PS logo for running with a ds3? :lol:

Also, this photo op idea, do you think it would be silly to run it during the finals? Sort of early in the week so everyone can group up and rep their teams one last time before the final four have their glory at the end of the week? Or maybe have it the week after as a sort of week of celebration for making it through the WSGTC's second season.
 
Wow there are so many GT300 cars missing in GT5. 350Z, Corolla, Porsche(STUPID EA AND ITS LICENSES), F430... Maybe on DLC? if yes, just take my money PD :)

Unfortunately there is a 99% chance I'll miss next week's race, interview at race start time, will let you know.

What do you mean? It's just a nice little label - just so we can tie all the series' together and keep records :)

I'm old and old people like things to br routine. Ignore me. I will adapt. Bout time for a website to organize leagues on. Or a well written add on here would do wonders. Rather stay cause a loyalty and b massive amount of racers.

But yeah, an independent site has always been in my plans since the beginning of Season 1, but i'm putting it aside for later once i get more free time.

What do you mean 'well written add'? Can you elaborate? Same with the last sentence.

Hey guys. Finally got my Internet sorted (kept dcing) So if anyone wants to race on GT5 or F1 2011 just ask :) Plus I'm 50/50 about my season. Me and my teammate SupraPhantom have been racing hard but next season I can get a better car and won some races :)
 
im not sure if supras even allowed to race here anymore?

So this is the one you're referring to. I thought this and Forza Motorsport
CSR Elite are one and the same (coz i was looking at the wheel base, they're similar :D). The one in the picture is the F1 wheel, and they're planning to release the GT wheel soon. Hmmm... i think i'll buy this one, coming in November or December according to fanatec. I'll have enough time to save cash for this. :)
