No problems, I'm surprised we are the amount we are, I know it's not the right weekend of the year to do a video game so I have full understanding if people have anything else to do.
I thought I'd follow in Maxi's footsteps and give you all some Christmas presents.
Immortal can have a funny picture since he always finishes on the podium:
Ark can have some meds:
You will still be "slow", you just won't care
Erik can park on the racing line and we can't complain:
Anastasis can finally buy himself a wheel and stop complaining:
These should stop Falcon lagging everywhere:
So I can gain a couple of places, Nethergragon and ProPersian can have 20,000 Cr each to buy: (highlighted in red)
For Maxi, this should stop you going into my backside:
For the new guys, have a good one
After testing it a lot I think I will leave the soft tyres at home today, the track we are going to drive today they are totally useless.
The tyre rule will be ignored today so if you want to do a 7-8 stopper you are free to do that on soft. If someone actually do it, it will give us more data to work with when setting up the new tyre rule. We kinda need to change it if PD will keep this tyre wear module.
Personally I think I go for the medium tyres and a 3 stopper, meaning 6 and 7 laps stints witch is doable if you drive it a bit like Jenson Button on the 7 lap stint. 6 laps is quite easy.

Well after reading a lot different opinions on this forum and tested some my self I'm actually think of removing the soft tyre. On some tracks it can be a smart move to only use the soft even if you have to pit very often. On other tracks it could be smart not to use it at all.
Great you might think and I actually thought that myself for a while. But as we do have some drivers in this championship who cannot test and try out different settings during the week as I can do I do find it a bit unfair. The new tyre wear has to be tested more over a distance and not so much in a hotlap.
I do feel that making everyone here have a fair chance even if they cannot practice like a madman during the week is the best way to go. The most fun races are the one with most head to head action.
I also found the Hard tyres to be very good now. They aren't really way faster than they used to, but the feeling when using them is much better and it easier to push your car on them. Also they last like they used to, or very close. Didn't race to much on hard before the 2.02 update to compare it like a before / after test. But they seem to be the only tyre that doesn't going to crowd the pit lane
But I really haven't decided on anything. Only thing I know is that if you qualify on soft, you cannot start on any other compound. So if you plan to qualify on soft and change to medium or hard during the qualify, you will have to pit really early because the game doesn't seem to handle that very well and send you out on the compound you entered the track with. On the replay it will show that you changed, but after trying it a few times I can promise you it wont work.
10 minutes before the race I count everyone in my private lounge and set up the race lobby as usual. So 2 hours is more than enough for me to know. Hope to see you both there anastasis and Arkano
Sorry guys I'm gonna have to bail, forgot I've already made plans to see the new Sherlock Holmes movie.
Just got on to start setting up my car and got a reminder from a mate.
Think I news a PA to remind me of my schedule lately...
Sorry guys, had to left due my slow speed, i'm to slow for you all ;-( the reason is not so much time spent on gt5, i'll try to maintain my pace as soon as possible, by the way my car was brand new without any changed settings so... no reason to drive ant the end, ProPersian you have to give me some tuning things ;-))
