+1. But the Stig doesn't talk, does he? And for sexism in driving, it's because women who cause accidents on the road give the impression that women can't drive. But women can drive, you're just looking at the wrong ones .

As for other female voice-overs, how about Michèle Mouton? She came a very close 2nd in the 1982 WRC. If it wasn't for a mechanical issue in the last rally she would've won. She helped Audi take their first manufacturers' title. She won the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in 1985, and set a new record in the process. In 1986, she won the German Rally Championship with Peugeot, and was the first woman to win a major championship in rallying. She also founded the Race of Champions, in memory of Henri Toivonen.

What about Louise Cook? She's the BRCC Ladies champion. She also came 2nd in the Fiesta Sport Trophy, and won BRCC R4 and BRCC Ladies 2010. She could probably do with the money PD will offer her, too - she funds all her own stuff. She even had to sell all her trophies just to get to Rally New Zealand.
