Ferrari 458s are not awesome. This is awesome...

With a cowl like that, I was expecting a V8... but not a Ford 5.0. Very interesting. I wonder what gave the 302 a nod over a sbc in the owners opinion.

Whoa, a rotary powered RX7... haven't seen that in ages.
Um...

Wow! They even put a skateboard ramp on the hood. Great!
And your solution for clearing the intake manifold is... ?

And S15 front ends belong on S15s and nothing else.
You too? Jeez. When's the last time you guys saw a rotary with valve covers? The reason the hood is domed is to tuck in that huge intake manifold of his 5.0 lol. Glubags, considering how common LSx swaps are becoming I have to wonder why he would consider the other engines at all. I'd suggest maybe he got it for cheap but it obviously has all sorts of parts on it, the manifold surely isn't stock either. It looks even bigger than stock which I didn't think was possible.

EDIT: I wish I knew his fitment, it looks great also.

One of the best new supercars, with a 0-60 time of 3.4~ seconds, and beautiful styling is not awesome. But an old japanese convertible with a ridiculous stance and a totally original and never seen before bodykit is...

Whatever you say Keef.

More like pretentious. And sorry, they aren't that good looking; 430 looked better.

And you know, some of us just don't like Ferrari's, dang.

I'd rather have some ugly drift car built in a garage by some dude who drives it hard than a car driven by smug assholes who valet park because they can't be bothered to look out the back window. Plus, that Rex can be fixed with parts from Autozone while the Ferrari just catches on fire.

Because stereotyping is a good way to get your point across...

Also, Azureman, I'm not the biggest fan of Ferrari myself, but I must admit, they're damn good at what they do. Think of it as, I dunno, classical music, I'm not a big fan, you won't catch me listening to Beethoven in my spare time. But I know it's damn good music.

I digress, try this one on for size;

Normal Clio right?

Wrong.

For those that don't know, this is the 2.0l 16V that powered the Renault Clio Williams, widely regarded as one of the best hot hatches of all time;

As standard, this engine would produce 150hp, this particular example is lightly modified, around 160hp at the moment, in a car that weights about 890kg, that's an estimated power to weight ratio of 180. Bearing in mind a new Renault Clio V6 has a ratio of 175, I'd say this is pretty awesome.

Erm yeah, my monitor was kinda bright so I didn't see the contrast between the intake manifold, valve covers and the firewall... Looked like a carbed 12A or something similar.

What's so good about a rusty old 320i with what looks like a biege velour interior?

Looks like a shed to me.

Chunky offset, check.

Yellow Gold headlights, check.

70's shades and headband, check.

Mega Rad!

I think the hood is pretty cool actually, though it's probably not very practical to be driving with a polished aluminum mirror right in front of you.

When it comes to Japanese cars I like me some 3000GT/GTO.:dopey:

Can't wait to get them in GT5 and modify them at Lion's Den Performance. If I ever got one in real life I'd get to removing as much weight as possible ASAP.

Yes, they were rather going for looks. I love cars like that but I would never "stance" my car(if I had one; actually really looking into a Miata)) to ridiculous levels for looks. It's function over form for me.
