Can't wait to get them in GT5 and modify them at Lion's Den Performance. If I ever got one in real life I'd get to removing as much weight as possible ASAP.

There's certainly more than enough to get rid of.

When it comes to Japanese cars I like me some 3000GT/GTO.:dopey:

A current E92 M3, for instance, weighs more than the top of the line twinturbo VR-4 used to... Back in the day it was a pig, in 5 years it'll be lighter than a small hatchback, the way things are going.

I know, but old clichés never die ;)

Some people have been taking this poke thing a bit too far. That particular car looks absolutely ridiculous, akin to the white trash and redneck cars I see rolling around on tiny wheels sticking out of the fenders. If you're going to poke like that you'd better have some flares covering the tires, otherwise you look like trailer trash.

Wait, you post up something from Speedhunters that came up today, and it's not the right thing...

There.

No no no, let me get this straight. You posted that car from the new article, even though that picture debuted two days ago inside a different article? Dude. Because that article had this...

That Z attracted my attention much more than the FC in the original post, and now that Dino posted it by itself, I'm sharing.

I must admit it's definitely more attractive than the RX. One of the most beautiful cars ever?

Anyway, I just noticed how the RX still has the stock rubber dust covers on the strut towers. Gotta love those covers lol.

I like the way it looks, but I would never drive it anywhere but on normal streets.

Edit: best thing to do is to keep the lower control arms at least level with the pavement. Any lower than that on the inside mounting points and it doesn't work quite right.

Re: That gold dragster

I'm not sure if they had the same thing in mind, but the McLaren F1 had gold foil as a heat shield in it's engine compartment

Which apparently was used to great effect
