I certainly recommend that everyone buys a PS3 headset of some kind. Being able to talk via voice during a race is both fun and great for wheel-to-wheel racing.

Well can't really talk at the time when the race is held, besides i understand english very well, but can't speak it. But its nice to know what people are saying. And you know what the hell is going on, like the start of Nurgburgring24h. I didn't know what was happening. You all were on the track to get the gridorder back. and i was still in the lounge waiting for someting to happen.:ouch:

That's a fast time for a stock GT-R!

bhp 493 weight 1100 tyres soft time 1:53:992
bhp 502 weight 1100 tyres medium time 1:58's.....
lol yeah that is a pretty fast time....2 of the 'S corners are flat out with the softs wheras the mediums make the car a completely different beast.....

This is not going good... i am doing laps of low 1:47's. I keep spinning at the 2nd hairpin if i want to do it fast. and at the slow part after that hairpin, i am not quick enough.

Put the ballast to +4 at the back (don't add any kg, just move it) and make sure the rear ride height is lower than the front, I have mine lower by one notch.

You need rear traction to get out of the 1st and 2nd hairpins.

I defenitly will try that, I think i have to practise from now till the race start, if i want to keep up whit everyone else.:scared:

Damm good tip, i am almost 2 seconds faster whit doing that
but i am still off the pace.

Qualy starting now, race starts at 9:45pm BST (10:45pm UTC), there's only five of us on right now, cmon guys.

Maxitsu
i hate this country.

Why only here?

In the Netherlands i couldn't connect to the lobby aswell. Psn did work, gt didn't. Hopefully the race could go on. Or is
Postponed.
Greetings from the Netherlands

Congratz to GP-Cian for winning this race and the championship.

I was not expecting much in this race, but i was better then thought i would be. At the end of the stint i was fighting Erik, he was pitting, i normally would do the same but i kept driving and decided to do a one stopper. Big mistake. i lost the last 5 laps of my 1st stint of 17 laps to much time. i had to come in but i didn't. At the end everybody passed me except Joey, so i decided to make a second pitstop just to be sure to be infront of him. But i did't see him, until i saw him in the pits. Phil(or was it netherdragon???) you got me almost pushed twice of the track. At the end of the straight you pushed me in the grass, lucky i could hold my car in the right direction.

on a 2 stopper i could possible be fighting Phil and Erik, but hey i am already happy i could race. after i signed off twice from the PSN and couldn't run GT5 again.

Pole with 1:43:3xx

Advantage for the GTR on this track.
Pitted lap 12 and 24.

Best lap i did was 1:43:046
Expected little more competition today friends :)

If the competition is played, i would like to test the motul gtr for the last race.
Thanks for the race guys

Gp

That was a boring race from my point of view. I started at the back and everyone was pulling away from me each lap untill the first wave of pitstops, at that my tyres were still good enough to stay out as I was still putting in the same times as the start so I decided to attempt a 1 stop. By lap 14 my tyres were really starting to show their age with times in the 1:50's and lap 15 or 16 (I can't remember) my front tyres had completely gone and I pretty much had to go a snails pace round corners as it just would not turn otherwise and ZZXXZ and Netherdragon re-took me and at that point I should've pitted before I lost even more time but the stupid numpty that I am I stayed out and lost about 40 or so secs that lap alone. I pit lap 16 or 17 (still don't remember which lol) and then it was just like a time trial with no one else around, I was still attempting a 1 stop at this point because of the time I had lost it would be the only way for me to finish 7th or 8th so I was in tyre preservation mode trying to make my tyres last the rest of the race but still even then I had to pit lap 28 and I was a lap down. :(

If the competition is played, i would like to test the motul gtr for the last race.
But that's considered the fastest GT-R even with it's extra weight, you'll be even faster.:scared:

I won't be able to race on the 23rd either. :( It's one of my cousins birthday again and we're all going out that night for his 21st.
^^ Just reminding everyone that I won't be at the race next week.

Had a good time battling with ZZ and Arkano.

Was behind zz, i was on a three stopper and everything was going good until Phil misjudged the braking line and slammed me at the hairpin which was the hardest corner for me on the track...

I have to start up from behind everyone and i'm already losing time with the three stopper strategy.

yer your a brave man trying a 1 stop on that track with a nsx. but good job none the less.

it was phill that must have pushed you off btw, the only time I passed you was into the tunnel about 2/3rds of the way through the race.

Ive gotta say this though, phil you need to be more careful... think you had a run in with 3/4 of the field today. Ive seen you reace really clean before and know you can do it, so for the next race (and next season) just chill a bit dude. You know as well as I do that you don't need to pass at every corner.

:embarrassed: erm...yes, sorry mate, wasn't deliberate, thought I braked early enough but obviously not!

I will try to chill more, my head's gone a bit today.

My car was getting worse as the fuel went down, span twice on 1 lap!

Any chance of a GT300 Championship in the future, getting a bit bored of GT500 now, still love it don't get me wrong but different cars and change of pace would be welcome.

How about a mini championship before each GT500 race of 30 minute races?
