No way. I thought Honda was going to buy them in the next couple years. As far as Im concerned BAR and Honda relationship will continue for a long time.

Williams are on the cusp, but they're having issues with retaining staff, particularly in the aero departments.

BMW are only talking of leaving Williams because their contract is up at the end of the year. I think it's hugely unlikely that the partnership will end however.

Don't forget that you can't compare the Williams-Honda partnership with the current Williams-BMW one, because they're completely different eras.

What about the new American team that's coming up? I can't seem to find too much information on that but I did find out where and when people could try out? Do you guys know any information about this?

From www.grandprix.com

Oliver Behring, the man who wanted to rescue Arrows at the end of last year, says that he has not given up the idea of entering a team in Formula 1, and says that there will be a German Grand Prix Racing Team on the grid in Melbourne next year. Behring says that he has already applied for an entry for the World Championship and that he will buy both chassis and engines from existing teams and suppliers. The team, he says, will be based in Bremen.

Yeah, I read that too. Apparently he's going to be running 2003-spec Jaguars with their Cosworth engines. Should be more in this week's Autosport.

Ahh - the first of the 'customer' teams under the new rules. I wondered when that might start happening, just didn't think it'd be so soon.

Well, I'm not surprised that Jaguar are the first works team to start selling cars. Word on the street is that they're quite close to financial ruin.

It's probably not helping things that Webber's car keeps retiring when in points-paying positions.

It's a rather sad state of affairs when all the resources of FordMoCo can't keep Jaguar competitive...

Customer cars...about time.

It's like I said at the start of the season - the Jag F1 Team have major reliability issues.
