Based on the requests for review that I've gotten, I've reviewed last week's race. I've assessed time penalties and, where appropriate, adjusted finishes and series points. The leaderboard is updated.

I haven't adjusted cash. I actually am okay keeping the cash based on actual finish and not adjusted finish. During the Wednesday session, they adjusted cash with points.

I want your feedback.

If we do adjust cash, I won't ask the drivers to return the cash this week (they may have already spent it). I will simply deduct it from their allocations next week(s).

Can you list the changes ? can't really tell.. I want to know how naughty people have been.

MMK went from 7th to 10th and the folks in between moved up 1 place so far as I can tell.

My Wed. night FTO will run 1'30.xxx hot laps for 5ish laps but then must pit in 10-12 laps. However, if I start with coasting 1'32s, I can stretch the car out for 16-18 laps. There's a lesson somewhere in that response

doesn't impact me...So everyone can keep whatever they have.

I'll have to jump into a lounge and see what kind of laptimes I can run. I got to complete the power package (mostly) for this race, so it should be good!

Later this evening

In preparation for his upcoming race, CanadianBacon heads off to the top secret IKEA workshop, just off route 7 past Wendy's on the right, where, equipped with only his personalized Allen wrench set and 2 gallons of maple syrup, he sets to work building up his machine.

Cue the music

Across town at IKEA headquarters, RickFlair1 reviews the course route and driver list. He is cautiously optimistic and glancing out the window with a wry smirk, he hatched a plan.

Its motivation the team needs...yes, but where to find it?

He paced between his Poang chair and Billy bookcase, each piece wonderfully executed with style at minimum cost and nothing came to mind. He had ideas, yet none of them good. He paused for a moment and decided on a drink. In the darkness that was 2:00AM, a stumbling RickFlair1 mistook the sofa table for empty space.

Seconds later, the TV was on. While dislodging the remote from beneath him, Rick turned to notice the common sights and sounds of ESPN, his last channel watched. Without an idea still he gathered himself and headed for the elusive kitchen in search of drink.

"Coming up next on Sports Center, why are the Colts willing to hire on a man with baggage fit for a lunar expedition?"

In an instance, RickFlair1 stopped and scrambled for a pen. Leaning over the edge of the bar, he jotted down 5 letters.

W.W.J.T.D.

What Would Jim Tressel Do?

The answer was simple....devious recruitment. Time however was not on his side and yet one hour later he had this,

I'm anti-Tressel. I dont care if my grandmother hired him to run a bake sale at the community center. I'm not buying any 🤬 this man is pushing!

But, I do understand the value of person with his particular qualities and therefore I've extended the olive branch to Mr. Misguided to come and join our motley crew!

JT turns to me and asks a question...

"What?"
"No, Jim, you Can't have a closed door meeting with the teams drivers. And doubley no at changing the teams colors to red/white."

Just noticed the driver history in the far right of the spreadsheet for each person!
Really nice touch Garris. Its nice seeing the on track accomplishments of the drivers.

That isn't automated. :( But I like it.

What are the black lines on the spreadsheet?

I assume you mean for Shobthabob and Durandal. They've pulled out.

We have two open seats, but this is the last week anyone new can join! After tomorrow night's race, any one new will have missed too many races.

If anyone wants to join, they need to find a car that isn't currently being used, get it to 385 after an engine refresh, then spend 10,000 Cr. improving it.

might recommend leaving them vacant...rooms tend to run smoother with 12-14 racers.

Just want to wish everyone good luck tonight, this race is going to be extremely eventful. I have a feeling.

Yes, this track is tight. Please be careful with cold tires. There will be lots of lap traffic. You may want to pass in the twisty bits. Don't! I think this will be a 40 lap race. You will have time.

I'm expecting an epic battle at about lap 8 between diabolic and I. Wait for it.

Well, you could use a hammer and nails...
