Having a bit high thoughts of yourselves i hear ^^ comparing to f1 drivers. Hah we all are so much worse drivers than them and noone drive a perfect race, therefore the quali is sooo much less important here than in f1. (still important though, if you start far back you often get caught in fights and lose huge amounts of time.)

We weren't really comparing ourselves to them, just using then as examples. Actually, I don't think it really matters at all where you finish/qualify. As long as you have a good race and a few battles and enjoy yourself then what do results matter? :dopey:

I agree :) (although winning races gives you some bragging rights, which is nice)

Edit: three hours left right? maybe i'll actually get some practise :) (if i don't get stuck watching skiing until the start :P)

Yeah. I think the best time so far is 1'15.8xx by Dax. MadMax has done a 1'16.0xx and I'm on a 1'16.5xx. :)

The 1.15.8 was in a glitchy room, tyre wear was marked on but it wasn't actually on.

Still on a 1.16.1 :)

i hope the practise room will open early because i've had some changes in my internet connection thingy and want to be sure i get in this time :P

Ah right. That would make sense, as you'd then be running with an empty fuel tank.

Hopefully with Neljack not running I'll be in with a shot at a podium. :scared:

Say what you want. I personally don't care about qualifying, especially as I will never get any lower than 1'18's.

GR Dax. And really any of the top 3 👍
I was too far off pace to even be pulled by the draft.

My personal pick of "Driver of the Day" goes to MadMax, who after a few incidents found himself still on the podium.

that race really didn't work out for me.. spun on the second lap although i was telling myself to take it easy and be safe. thought i caught the slide but got thrown to the other side and crashed.. took out everyone behind me including mad max (sorry for that everyone, didn't really have any chance once i lost control). After that i drove at a decent pace and finally caught up with jay after a fast pit stop. (after watching the replay i saw that carbonox wasn't very far away either if i could have kept that pace through the whole race)

While i got closer and closer to jay hoping for him to make a mistake i felt my adrenaline rising to really sick levels, was shaking like mad and couldn't calm down. Because of my inability to control myself i spun and then my body just broke i could barely see for a while and i was sweating like mad ^^

haha took three or four laps before i could get back in control and by then all was lost!

What you described sounds like a totally different activity... :yuck:

Shame about the spin :(

I think my body don't like me ^^ gets totally destroyed just by racing a little bit :P but yeah shame i spun, could have had a great race with carbon and jay otherwise.

Yep. Definitely. He's been on the money all weekend and probably would have won if he hadn't had those incidents at the beginning. Another 5 or 6 laps and he'd have had me. :scared:

In other words eclat should thank me for ruining max's race! :D
