Yeah, not sure what's going on there. But the comment makes it sound like it's fact:

It's a done deal Chris Young & Charles Brewer to the Rangers for Mike Olt & Leury Garcia. This is a good trade for both sides. Texas get's a solid OF to replace Hamilton when he leaves as a free agent and pitcher who should be solid in the majors. And the D-Backs get the 3B and SS that they need both of whom are major league ready or close to it.

Still sounds ridiculous that they would sell on Olt. Who would take over for Beltre? I think there's a chance they might swing Young somewhere else.

I'm just going to say it's not true until I see an announcement...

Yeah, I had originally asked someone on a few sites if they heard anything and I got no replies. If it occurred nobody is picking up on it.

In a segment on MLB Network's "Intentional Talk," there was talk about Ryan Dempster perhaps being traded to another National League team. What was most interesting was someone suggesting if he went to an American League team, it was suggested he'd be a good fit with the Angels. Can you imagine Dempster pitching for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim? And where do you think Dempster will end up or could end up?

And Wandy Rodriguez has been dealt to Pittsburgh. LHP Rudy Owens, OF Robbie Grossman and LHP Colton Cain heading back to Houston.

Hamels likely to stay with Philadelphia.

Shields and Greinke now have a better chance of moving but Shields may not be heading to LA.

Absolute bulls:censored:. We led 2-1 heading into the 9th inning. Francisco Cordero was trying to help Lucas Harrell pick up his eighth win. Next thing you know it, Drew Stubbs (CIN) blasts a 2-run jack into the Crawford Boxes here in Houston to put the Reds up 3-2. Then a base hit drives in another Red. 4-2, Cincy. Francisco Cordero's Astros debut ends up being just another Astros loss. All these pitching prospects Houston's getting, but the offense isn't doing s:censored: to win games. Bloody unacceptable. I don't care what your favorite team is- it's unacceptable when your team goes into such a funk. I'm G:censored:damned, m:censored:f:censored:ing disappointed. End result- 4-2, Cincinnati.

The name of a show describes how I feel about my beloved team- Just Shoot Me. Now I REALLY hope the Texans and/or Rockets have impressive seasons just to get the losing stench of the Astros out of my system.

Turbo, now that Roberts has been released it's been said that it's less likely Stephen Drew will get traded.

Yeah Kevin Towers says the chance of him or Upton being traded is "highly unlikely". Not only that Drew has produced a run tonight, he's getting better each game that he plays. 👍

Edit: Also a rant - I wish fans would not try to catch a fly ball that is clearly not out of the park. Bloomquist would have had a triple last inning if the fan hadn't caught it.

Rockies walked Upton intentionally to get to Montero, who promptly hit a single into center and scored both runners on base. Oh they'll never learn...
