I get where he's coming from."I'm not a noob", but here I also am giving up entirely within 48 hours of release! Okay then.
Never quit the race, so it's hard and anything too easy is really not worth effort, so get back with your DS4 controller and carry on the tradition of mastering the GT license testsTo such an extent that the Gran Turismo series just lost a dedicated fan of many years past.
Special thanks to everyone who had positive comments, the world needs more people like you.
To those of you who got personal and insulting, you are what is wrong with this world today.
I wrote that post to see how people would react, and I am glad to say that most of you thoroughly impressed me. Well done guys!!!!
Maybe you should just learn to read first, then you would know from my last post, that it was just test wich was overly dramatic, because I wanted to see how fans react.... And some had very good character while others didn"t have....OP right now;
That is a bit on the sad side yes, but I will still enjoy GT7, and will keep cracking at it...👍😁Just now learned that Sport mode isn't cross platform compatible... you ain't only one disappointed in this game
👍😎That is the spirit, yes👍😁Never quit the race, so it's hard and anything too easy is really not worth effort, so get back with your DS4 controller and carry on the tradition of mastering the GT license tests
😳🤪🤣🤣🤣🤣Do you imagine a souls game fan complaining about difficulty?
Effort pays off in the end, good job👍😎The fact that people are beating it should be motivation enough, maybe. But I haven't tried that test yet. It did take me well over a half hour to beat the test at Autopolis with the Supra. I had the same reaction I would have had if the Leafs scored an overtime goal in the playoffs, though. Maybe a little much for a license test.
Not really man....🤣🤪🤣🤪🤣No offense but the licensing has always been a difficult thing in gt games it was a long time before i got it in gt 5 and in gt1. It is what it is look for tips on how to get through becuase im sure those are comming. Games been out for like a day or 2 and your giving up?
I had the same experience with that test😁 But in the end when you completely smash it, it is rewarding👍Yeap hardest test in the game imo that's for sure. Took me a while. Like the i'm giving up now while. It actualy took me a long time to even set a lap. I was going for gold and so my pace was just so, but it meant i got punished alot. slowing down never occured to me funny enough, it was more like i knew there was a "secret" to going fast and doing it safely.
When i landed my first lap, sure enough i got the gold but i wanted to beat it so i just kept going till i eventually did
Yes, that was brutal, also took me a while to get used to the Redbull's handling and to get gold in them...😳😁 Brings back memories 👍😊Have you Golded the Sebastian Vettel events on GT5 by any chance? They were the hardest of any license/mission test of any Gran Turismo game. I find it highly unlikely that GT7 license tests would come close that level of pain.
Oh, so you were trolling. Seems like an odd thing to admit, but okay.Special thanks to everyone who had positive comments, the world needs more people like you.

A normal person would just admit they're terrible at the game and move on, you sound like e1itedeath on twitch:I am definitely not a nube when it comes to Gran Turismo, also not one of the best out there.
That being said, GT 7 wet tracks and wet licence tests especially the final one is just bloody ridiculously difficult to complete.
To such an extent that the Gran Turismo series just lost a dedicated fan of many years past.
Definitely not a enjoyable experience anymore. I truly pitty the newcomers and inexperienced players out there. Polyphony and Gran Turismo is going to loose a big fan base because of this....
I agree with you, also had a tough time with the mustang one but nailed it in the end. Some of the missions can also keep you busy for some time, i like to do them too...tbh i would of been disappointed if i put the game and didn't find some of the tests hard, it was all plain sailing until i got to International A. Some where done by milliseconds others by a bit more of a margin (a pass is a pass in my book). Tests that stood out to me where Focus GRB at Fishermans Ranch (IA3), the Blue mustang at Trial Mountain (S6) and the final S10. That mustang one was brick hard with out traction control... and trying to navigate the end of the lap at spa was just crazy. Shame the madness has finished
Don't give up. Take full advantage of the 'Demonstration' feature. It'll show you a simulated run of the Licence Test/Mission Challenge/Circuit Experience you're on, from which you can pick up what braking/throttle/steering inputs you need to pass the test/challenge. From what I've experienced so far, you don't need Gold times to earn each Licence. Bronze should be enough to earn you the Licences you're on (as I found out for myself while toiling away at the S-10 test) along with one of the two prize cars available per Licence. The difficulty slider should provide the newbie to the game or those like me who are not brilliant at it a little easier ride,
It doesn't in the licence tests now I don't know if it when on beginner makes the licence tests any easier or they are just set as they are.
Some will master them quicker than others some like me will never do gold on a lot so we settle for bronze, now I agree with the OP that to a new gamer it is much to hard and being that hard it just may make people to give it up trade it in and try their hand at something easier.
If the licence tests were a lot easier on beginner one could do it then work there way up to medium and then hard if one wants to but when getting bronze on some on beginner level is near or in my case impossible it is off putting.
If the difficulty slider worked better the new gamers the not so good gamers (me) and the good and the brilliant could still play the game there way.
I just want to race and going from the other GT games know when I get to certain races I have to have the appropriate licence.
I don't see the point if I am honest as once racing if you slide off or hit a wall etc the normal fails on the licence tests you don't get chucked out the race you can carry on so having to pass the crazy hard licences to be able to carry on as if you hadn't even done a test is a bit pointless to me.
I know when I am competing in fast races later in the game I won't win I never do but I enjoy the game, I even move out the way if AI are up my butt and nudging me I don't care if I come second or last as long as I can race and enjoy it.
But to even enter the races I have to complete a licence which is harder than racing a Ferrari whilst driving a Demio and lapping it is for me a turn off from the game.
I had a PS5 for Christmas from the wife and kids and I have waited for GT7 now I know it is my choice but I have given up on GT7 it is to hard for me.
I just wonder how many others whom are new to GT or not experts will do the same?
It needs to be far more user friendly in difficulty, How is my 8 year old going to start enjoying a game he can't do?
Brilliant game but aimed at the experts and we are not all experts far from it in my case.
I did do all the demos first as it shows you where the track is going on the test and position of the car etc.Don't give up. Take full advantage of the 'Demonstration' feature. It'll show you a simulated run of the Licence Test/Mission Challenge/Circuit Experience you're on, from which you can pick up what braking/throttle/steering inputs you need to pass the test/challenge. If you watch GT7 streams from people like Super GT and @Tidgney, I think you'll find that a lot of 'expert' players are also finding these more difficult than what we came to expect in GT Sport. I myself had had to adjust my driving so that I don't always treat the throttle, as one of the in-game instructors says later on, as an 'on-off' switch. Mastering gradual inputs in braking zones and corners, by only pressing the pedals/triggers partway through, should enable greater control regardless of what set-up you're using. Challenging Licence Tests have always been part and parcel of previous Gran Turismo games, and I will admit that I did have to redo a lot of the GT7 tests in order to attain Gold times for each Licence.
The mods have done a good job.Guys, a special thanks to everyone who participated, Yes everyone. Even the moderation team (can def. tick that of the bucket list now🤫) I really enjoyed all the comments. Peace and love to all of you, may you have a Great week.
