March DLC

Someone on the forzamotorsport.net forums , has posted the PI and the prices of the cars . Here they are :

Aston Martin V12 Zagato: S 617 / 520k

Ferrari 312: R3 800 / 1.6 Million

Wiesmann: S 633 / 260k

Ford Country: E 207 / 12k

Renault: C 394 / 26k

Chevy Nova: D 322 / 55k

Chevy Corvair: F 137 / 12k

BMW 850: C 423 / 35k

Ultima GTR: R3 786 / 110k

Alfa Romeo GTV6: F 185 / 9k

In my opinion it is a very nice pack ! My favourites of the pack , are the Ultima ( It was one of my most wanted cars for forza ) , and the Ferrari !

I notice that Japanese cars aren't getting much love

Clearly, most people aren't too bothered about them which is not all that surprising. Nice pack although I was hoping for a Merc or two.....
I feel ya. Wolfe actually had a great list that he posted of Japanese cars with significant Japanese heritage that I feel would be a great addition.
The lack of Japanese classics is almost criminal. :(

Who knows what the future brings...
I have a soft spot for '60s/'70s Japanese cars. Thanks ShawtyoneR. 👍

At least T10 saw fit to cover most of the "standard" '80s/'90s choices. Previous Forza games lacked some of those, as I recall.

Absolutely splendid the Clio RS, Ultima GTR, the new Wiesmann and a Zagato version of the V12 Vantage. Absolutely splendid.

What else is that game made by PD (can only describe) for? :scared:

That's legitimately annoying.

Gran Turismo 5.

You can say it, no one will ban you for saying it.

The poor new Ferrari will be awfully lonely without the Toyota 7 to race against. How is the rear of the 312? Are the wheel hubs and suspension visible? If so, the suspension articulation that ruled out open wheelers will be on show?

You are legitimately annoying.

I don't really care because I had mentioned it the way I intended to. End of story.

Ah, the same kind of remarks that saw you removed from GTP - someone points out an all-too-apparent mannerism, and you resort to a feverish Internet tantrum using the same smiley as a provocation of your fervor.

Continue in such a path and you'll be 2 for 2.

Now, back to your regularly-scheduled thread.

Got early access

If anyone has questions about the cars i'd be more than happy to answer

Yeah, I would love to see more Japanese classics, too. I'm a regular at japanesenostalgiccar.com and a subscriber to their magazine. There is a lot of great stuff from the '60s, '70s and '80s that still hasn't made it to Forza, or even GT. How about a Hino Contessa like Peter Brock raced? Or a second gen Celica, the only Celica that hasn't been in GT? Mazda RX-3? Nissan R381? Toyota 1600GT GT5? There is still so much great J-tin out there that deserves to be in Forza.

I used to visit there a while back. :dopey:

I'd kill for a Contessa. I was a bit surprised that Hino isn't in GT5, given that Isuzu is.

So they can do open wheel to an extent, because the movement of it will be similar to what must be visible at the back of the Ferrari?

Maybe they just didn't want the front wheels to look stupid as hell like the Caterham does in Shift 2 Unleashed. Twitchy R/C car steering with no connection to what the car is actually doing.

It's hard to see because it's so dark, but I don't think the suspension is moving. I'll try get a vid of the 312P's rear on a bumpy track

Could someone show or tell me what colours the Clio, Alfa, Ultima, Squire, BMW, Wiesmann and Corvair please?

Quite hard to show you this without busting out the camera phone, but will this do for the Alfa? I'll try get the other cars too.

These are the colors available for the Alfa:

the wiesmann, country squire and corvair have like a bajillion colors, that will take forever to take a picture of each color, sorry.

Oh my, I hope they got the Zagato sounding right (not that T10 would screw sounds up ;) )

Love the Ultima GT-R, Zagato, 850, MF5 and all I need now is a Fiesta ST to do battle with the Clio

The Zagato doesn't realistic, maybe realistic sounding to the street car but certainly nothing like the race version in the video.

That's the prototype, the same as the one used in the Nurb 24hr race. It's revving, there's no load on the engine.

The Zagato in the new dlc doesn't sound true to the sound in the video. It sounds like it could possibly be the sound from the street legal V12 Zagato/vantage but doesn't cut it for the race version/prototype noise. It's a very mild V12 sound.

I already paid for these with the season pass (not a bad thing), and to be honest I might not be willing to pay for Porsches, if that is the case.

Is this pack up yet? I have to go out of my way to connect to XBL here.
