congratulations on your gallery's first year bday!! that photo to celebrate it i think is very appropriate. that car never looked so good! the taillights are looking so sharp, same with the lines on the car and stuff. the reflections on the body are a bit too bright for the mood, but still looks good. very good work moglet!

EDIT: Like this here-Click Me.I hope you don't mind, I couldn't resist.

That looks pretty cool to me, it's definitely something I'd like to try, but with that image the background is out of focus due to a high aperture so the moon and stars would be out of focus too.

It's worth giving it a try on a more in focus shot though, thanks for the idea!

RE: All other replies, I'll get back to you all individually when I have more time.

Holy crap... that's got to be one of the best clean-ups I've ever seen. Stunning work there Mog! You make my attempts look rubbish, really

Right click> Set as Background 👍

Happy birthday for your thread btw.

Well done on the birthday shot Moglet, anyway about the first year for your gallery, well it deserves the amount of views it got.

Yeah no problem, I'd love to see what you could do with something like that.

Hey congrats mate, your work truly inspired me since day one. And yes i did expect big things from you and you show me BIG things man.
I didn`t progress that much like you did. But i got the feeling im getting there verry soon...lol.

And that Fiat, is the best photo i saw from this car! 👍

Thanks jacoja, I was a bit worried that the cleanup might be a bit lacklustre but it seems to have gone down well!

Thankyou very much!

Well, there was that BMW M5 shot I did a while back that was set at night with a full moon.

Thanks LGforce, it means a lot coming from someone as talented as yourself! Your cleanups are getting insane now!

Onto my multiple update..

Multiple shot update

Quite a simple update this, there are 4 photos and each one has a varying level of cleanup from mega blurs to a simple soft focus filter here and there. I hope you enjoy this update, please let me know what you think of the multiple shots. I won't be doing this that often though.

Enjoy!
👍

I like 'em. Some of them have a sinister feeling to them which I appreciate. The lotus shot has an older camera feeling... like an old disposable or something.

Very good work yet again Mog.

Love those shots Moglet

I like the background blur in the first shot, though the rims are looking weird and the huge amount of noise creates a certain "chaos" or something in it. I assumed you went to a more artistic direction in this shot? Looks good though 👍

The colours in the second shot are very sweet though I'm not really digging those rims from that angle (So what happened to the bling-rim-hating Moglet?)

The third shot is near perfect, near perfect? I can't spot anything which could've been done better. The doorlines may need a little more black but I think it would only make it unrealistic, blur is very sweet and I love those rims 👍

The fourth shot is a true beauty, love the background blur (in-game?) and the cars looks very clean. I rarely see anyone update with American muscles so this makes it even more interesting 👍 Only thing; the car reflection on the ground, did you apply any filters or something on it? I like the idea, but it may be done a little too much, I don't know if the stone texture was visible in the original shot, but it would be sweet to have this effect as if you could look through the water laying on the floor, and onto the ground. Like a pool with only a couple of centimetres of water...Anyway, last thing for me to say: great job on getting rid of the watermark, I can't spot any scars at all.

Incredible effort to sum it up

I just love the 2nd, 3rd and 4th shots, but here is my thoughts of those shots:

2nd shot - I just love it, because of the lighting.
3rd shot- I like it, because of the sweet angle and nice colours.
Last Shot *Favourite out of the three* - I love this shot, for many reasons, but mainly I like it for its colours, the dreamy look and the lighting.

Mog, I'm just speechless by your professional level of GT4 picture modification...

This is what your last shots made me think:

"Life is in the details."

those are beautiful !!!! you got my favorite datsun 510 in all its glory too. the muscle car looks so sexy. it's probably the only time i could really appreciate them besides shooting them in black and white. another great update. awesome work moglet!

I just wanna say that you're doing a great job, Mog! Everything is top notch, but I don't know if you should put noise on every pic. It could bring the pic down a bit if it don't needs it. But it really seems like you've found your style. :)

Thankyou to everyone who has replied; I'm trying to get round people's galleries whenever I can but it's difficult lately as I've got a lot of work to do for my graphic design exhibition!

I have, however, had time to do another update;

bB in black & white

A very unusual car this, I decided to take it out on a track and treat it like a phototravel location! I haven't done much cleanup on this at all really, I just concentrated on getting the car looking good and the composition of the shot.

The lighting and the style of the shot in Black and White goes together really well.

Nice Multiple update. All photos are great as usual, plenty of your natural style. I think that batch is not your best technically, but you made overstanding pics again. I don't know what do you add to them man, secret pixels or something!

I must say I dislike the last american car, specially the red color in that location, but at the same time I was noticed those complex reflections, cleaned surfaces and realistic glass brightness... I'll finish loving it.

The BB, I don't know if is the car itself or something, but it doesn't claim my attention really. The rim and tarmac are two important details wich need more work. Anyways I'm glad to see your work shared for free, with that exhibition of permanent quality.

The bB looks really real honestly, specially the headlights and reflection, but the rim still have room for improvement. Anyhow good luck with your exhibition 👍

I'm aiming to go back and replace the wheel with a more realistic one from Phototravel at some point, so stay tuned! 👍

Nice work once again mog. I love the reflection on the windshield and the b/w really adds to the picture. I like the wide angle and the angle of the camera, my latest update has the xb basically in the same angle, the car just looks nice with that type of shot.

Love the multiple update!

The lighting and angles on the 300C are perfect. :)

The 'Cuda, well thats just got to be one of the best musclecar pics ever.
The colours, the angle and lights. Wow! Spot on Mog! 👍

Just a quick update now, I apologise to those who have replied here as I haven't had the time to reply to them or to check their galleries yet as I've been in London recently seeing to my graphics exhibition. 👍

However, I have had the time to edit one of my older shots for you all;

A storm rolls in...

This was taken a few weeks back now just for fun and I loved the sky in the shot. The idea was that the sky was forming a dark storm just as the Mercedes stormed through the village!

You went to see your graphics exhibition, but wait I thought you were still at university?

Anyway that is a sweet update Moglet.

Yeah I can see some green deviation in the left, where clouds highlights are dodged. It's a pointless detail because the weather conversion is very spectacular and interesing. Now you're dropping new ambients on the original GT pics, what is always nice to see to forget the standard look of them. Amazing job Mog!

Salu2.alexwrc

Excellent manipulation of the cloud and it looks very real to me
the shiny mercedes is really something in this picture
... maybe a new generation 1000 miles rally
there are two things I come up that you may consider for improvement
- the skyline of the villege could be a bit more blurry to improve DOV
- I like the spectators part, but adding some camera flashes would be really neat
anyhow you did a great job 👍 👍

Awesome work, Mog.

I really don't have a clue on how you guys do stuff like this, I wouldn't know where to begin...

I love the composition with that crane on the right, reaching for the sky.
Clouds are very realistic imo, GTR's highlights look awesome, soft look does the trick. (I also have a CLK-GTR with soft look on display on my gallery now, check it out if you can).

I do agree with franz about the line on the top of the hill where it meets the sky not being a bit more blurred, but it's just a detail. Very nice and original shot!

Very cool Mog!! Loving it.

Id also like to mention your Isuzu shot in the Tournament Poll was sensational, it sits as my desktop at the moment. Well done 👍
