if that is rough around the edges, then all of my work is dog poop. That shot is awesome, simple, but awesome. The wheels look superb, could not be better. The paint on the car is also awesome and clean. The only thing that could be better, is the lines in the car. i.e. the door lines and such. They could be more defined. Also, keep in mind that comparing your work to 440 is a very large feat. But all things considered, you did a fine job. 👍

Dead_Poetic, i'm glad you liked my cleaning up job. I never bother to clean up the lines of the cars between the doors etc. because i'm a bit too lazy to do that!

Beetle SRI @ Cote D'Azur
The first Beetle shot seen below has had a lot of cleaning up done on it. I also discovered how 440 gets the smudge tool to work well in cleaning up reflections etc. and i used the method to clean the bonnet lines. The reflections were nice and clean anyway i simply enhanced them a bit.

As for the rest of the images, they're quite washed out and grungey looking but i like that style and feel it works well with the otherwise smooth car.

I love them. Look that, the first one... the little touch of orange with the overal blue is simply pleasurable to the eye. It's a shame the poor resolution of GT4, but GT5 will be the definite weapon for you. Last shot is a bit "standard" for the level you have been reaching update by update, but it's nice too.

Oh, I know - I was just saying, I like your personal style better. It's a great shot - everything looks superb. I'm having a hard time trying to express my feelings without sounding like an ass. Try not to get me wrong - I love the shots.

Anyway, the RSI picture is outstanding, it is very appealing with the blue and the tiny bit of orange. The other two are great, as well, just a little dark for my tastes. All 3 are very clean, though!
 
WOW! I don't usually like Beetles, but you almost make me want to buy one. The picture has a soft feel but is overall very crisp and clean. Definately a thread I will subscribe to. I think I'll love to see future updates!

Anywho, I would like to see the art you can create with a bright yellow Honda Beat! Or if that's no good then I suggest a Lancia Stratos in Red or Lime Green, at Autumn Ring.

The blur in the GT shot is all from in game, no blur was added in Photoshop.

dmanbluesfreak - The Ford GT shot took about an hour and a half to clean in total. The background was not altered much apart from a bit of smudging, and all the blur you see is from in game.

Ultrashot - Thanks for your comments, it means a lot coming from someone as good at photomode as you are.

alexwrc - Ice Arena is a really overlooked location for shooting photos in, i found several good angles that allowed me to really highlight the car and make it almost blend into the bright white ice and snow. The TT shot was set up very quickly as a last minute alteration to my PMC 86 entry but i’m very pleased with it overall.Thankyou for your feedback

LGForce - Thankyou for your comments, the ice arena photo seems to be impressing a lot of people! As i said above, it’s an often overlooked location for photomode drives.

I'm still working on that earlier request for a Honda Beat too, expect that tomorrow (hopefully).
 
The mclaren is a beauty!, looks red hot.

The Skyline is a tough one to clean-up. but you did it well, looks great with the dark sky contrasted with the white snow/car.

The TT looks sexy, and the GT40 is very smooth. Not bad mog 👍

They look good! Nice work getting the Beat to look cool, the even tougher thing with those pics is that it's a green car! The Midget pic is VERY clean & nice reflections. Keep up the good work! 👍
 
Yeah its difficult to make this car look good, but you did a great job 👍 the quality of the pics are superb! good use of contrast this time.
 
The way the pictures came out you wouldn't think it was that hard, you make it look easy. You wouldn't happen to have the second one as a wallpaper would you? It's good because it's off to one side and the icons can go on the other side.

I don't have it as a wallpaper size yet but i can make it that size for you. Biggest i can do is 1024x768 though. 👍

I actually think that green makes it harder to do, since most colors on the tracks involve green so the colors are too similar. I guess you could say the colors don't have enough contrast? Anyway, like I said, great update! Hopefull we will be having a WRS race with the Beat (at least allowed) and I may take some pictures in the replay. I too have a nice shiny beat in my gallery if you wanted to see it, and maybe post a request if you want.
 
You can transform a bastard car into an automotive beauty. I don't get tired to say it... your real photograph style show what can be done with the photomode.
