That's hardly the same, that was some PD employees at the track taking photos. This was posted on the official Gran Turismo website for Italian language alongside all of the other DLC. It's pretty obvious they just listed it too early.



€5 is not a lot of money, no, but it is in relation to the full game and the cost of similar items in the past. I mean if for example you could afford a £300,000 Ferrari you're likely to be quite wealthy, does that mean you'd pay £10,000 for cup holders? It's all relative.

It was said to be for GT6.. By the people scanning the track... So unless GT6 came out a few months ago, of course nothing happened.

To all those other folk whinging about prices, Why If you feel its too much dont buy it simples. I certainly will buy any DLC when released whatever the price, as I feel it enhances the game more.

No you would not. I'd bet you would not pay £50 for one track, and if you would, you wouldn't pay £500 for it just as happily.

If you have an idea of what is a fair price, then accept that other people might have a different idea, and one way or another, voicing that opinion is perfectly acceptable shouldn't upset anybody.

If pd were to read this, then they would see that even if motegi does not sell well at 5 euros, it's not simply because people do not care about dlc tracks, and other tracks/packs might do a lot better.

As with everything, time will tell. I still hold a gram of hope for a Premium AE86, but only 1 gram.

Premium AE86 would be brilliant. I'm already quite stumped how PD didn't include it right away with their love of iconic japanese classics. Especially as the GT86 came out we deserve a premium AE86.

Which isn't the point at all. The only reason you'll pay "whatever" is because you deem it "reasonable". People's definitions of "reasonable" vary, which is the actual point being made, and now being repeated for a second time.

Don't forget you were the one being patronising: "if you don't want to pay it, then don't." You don't say?
I'm sure anyone could formulate a similar response to any gripes you may have; and if you don't like that possibility, don't post in the first instance.

No. You're the one being daft by calling him pathetic because of the example he brought up and then turning around proving his point for him anyway. You'll pay whatever PD wants. Others won't. The point was that your opinion doesn't outweigh his just because you will pony up the dough and he won't, so "if you don't like it don't buy it" doesn't contribute anything since he already said he wouldn't.

Stop being as silly as the other guy and lighten up I didnt say it was reasinable or unreasonable I will put it a little clearer. I want the DLC so I have two choices pay or not. and as I said I WANT, so paying what it costs to is no problem. I aint bothered really wether other folks deem it to expensive or not As you state "if you don't want to pay it, then don't." again I dont give a monkey rear end really I will have whatever they release at whatever the cost. I dont have any gripes with PD's pricing policy so please if you dont mind stop trying to read my mind. 👍

My example simply proved that what you said was false. The fact that you think I was even remotely suggesting that those prices could actually be dlc prices demonstrates the reason with which you are making your argument, or lack thereof. I could have said £50million, the only point was that even you have a limit. EVERYONE does, and it is not for you or anyone else to pass judgment on what others think is good value.

That would be SONY it self, or maybe even the government for adding extra taxes.

I want to know why that would be for digital media? I can understand physical objects, as they need to be shipped over miles of ocean just to get to the continent, but not digital items.

As for the price, though I already touched on it once in this thread, I think it would be more justifiable if when you purchased the new track, there was a few new races in career on this track, and an endurance race.

Say with Spa for example, if you bought the Spa DLC a new race would be opened up in the career (under the endurance series) entitled "1000KM of Spa" ect.

That would encourage me to buy these tracks.

Because it almost looks like a ported GT4 track in spots? Because if you want to argue variations than only two (the oval and the road course) matter for this discussion? Because, if the previous tracks are any indication, there won't be anything to actually do with them? Because some people have differing opinions about monetary value, which I have to imagine you know because there was a post 3 posts above yours where that was pointed out?

I'm not blaming PD as I'm sure Developers aren't the ones that decide pricing(The big Publishers paying them to make the games are), I'm just pointing how seemingly Austrialia almost always gets the shaft when it comes to pricing.
