Gran Turismo 5 obviously bothers you, so much in fact, that you come off as a someone searching for sympathy.
If it bothers you this much, I suggest you move on to another video game. Yes, GT5 is a video game, nothing more, nothing less. Plus it is one that is closing on two years of age.

GT Academy broke their 1 DLC in 2 months plan. We will get some more infos next week about DLC update.Maybe it's bigger than we thought. 2.06 size were too big for bugs and minor changes. They probably should divide to update as 2 parts. I think Spec 3(last one) gonna be release at the end of this year. E3 2013 gonna be full of GT6 infos. If we're lucky we could see some infos in TGS 2012!

Wait until GT6 or 7. Some bought a PS3 for GT5 and are dissapointed now. PD has to do something or they will lose sells.
We shouldn't make this a Forza vs. GT Thread.
PD are Not the only good SIM on Console anymore. Forza on 360 is getting more popular and better.
pCARS will compete with GT and Forza on each Console.
PD dont have a Free pass anymore. GT6 will be very important for the Franchise, PD and Sony.

I like the fact that Twin Ring Motegi will be included. However, I feel PD should focus on a variety of models rather than spamming out the same car with a new logo stamped on the hood.
It's not acceptable to be pleased with the same exact car being added, that will just encourage PD to do the same thing. Tell me, would you prefer a pack that includes the Nissan Deltawing and the new 2013 Dodge Viper or one with a GT-R clone and another Subaru Impreza? If you prefer the latter, then you do not want PD to improve.
You see, if people would find duplicates unacceptable, PD would make less of them and focus on a variety of cars. Nobody wants an Evo that is already in the game as DLC when they could have a Ferrari Testarossa as DLC.
PD has to have better choices of cars for DLC, otherwise I will turn my head to the competition.

Nope, you are not. I just have a few more trophies to get for platinum, then I'm gone. Off to Forza and NTG The Inside Line. Maybe not gone totally, but I'd say about 90% of my gaming time will be directed to those two other games.

Look, Gran Turismo has had a great run and could still potentially flourish as a series, but the waiting for certain features, tracks, cars, etc, cannot last forever.
GT5 was marketed as a "Revolution" in racing. You got to laugh at that now!
As a whole group, we should all look very carefully at every car added, track added and feature added in GT6 (and so on).
The name, Gran Turismo, can no longer sell itself (like it did in GT5's case).
The content MUST sell itself.

I am happy to get the Motegi track pack, I enjoyed the east version on GT-Academy more than I ever did in GT4 I think. The Scion FRS inclusion is obviously Toyotas wishes (like the GT 86) as Gran Turismo users are one of their target markets. I would love a car pack 4 however, I'm starting to get low on premiums I haven't "experienced".
I have actually seen it in the demonstration mode from the home screen a couple days ago, took me by surprise a little and now I know why.
If it has the DLC as you claim, wouldn't the car already show up in the dealership right after said update, like the others did?

To those asking for new NSX....the car's not there yet...the one they use for filming Iron man 3 is just a rolling chassis from an old NSX with a new body. I just wish PD gets creative , releases a HSV-10GT and fantasize a road version for now.
Would love to see deltawing though, hopefully soon, along with Ferrari FF, F12 and hopefully F50 and 333 SP...

I find it interesting how you guys whine for DLC, and then whine that it isn't what you wanted. And, historically, DLC for GT5 has always been "expensive," so I don't understand why you guys set yourselves up for disappointment by expecting this time to be different.
