I would guess an oil change (5% power) could add up to 5 seconds on the right car, probably an average around 3-4.
Just based on how much time they gain in a standing mile x acceleration distance on the Nordschleife.(probably at least 8-10 miles of go-time, right?)
Gain .4 in 1 mile, gain 3.2 in 8 miles.
But a lot of high-powered cars can't make full use, and become harder to drive, I can usually only gain a second or so on something like a ZR-1, ACR, Enzo, etc.
