Nice one jonzster, I really enjoy driving the car aswell.

We will run heavy damage as long as there are not too many objections.

Also need to know if the same day & time suits everybody?

No no no no no no not high damage if someone gets hit (more than likely my fault) then the race for them is over

True. 16 people will sign up for the first race, next thing you know 6 people drop out as they get P'd off by stupid bumps on the first corner...(Not implying anything against you R35) ;)

Same time and day.. Just don't know about tuscan.. Mabye camaro ss better or corvette z06 or zr1 for race mod

Okay so maybe damage on high is not such a great idea, we don't want people dropping out like we had this season.

Still like the Tuscan though, don't think anyone else has run it. Z06 or ZR1 would be good as well.

What about introducing a ballast system or reverse grid to keep things more interesting?

Same time of day is good btw.

I agree with the ballast system...It stops monsterously quick drivers such as jonzster from dominating...;)

I'm not too fond of heavy damage either to be honest... it will be too easy to get a DNF... to use the TVR Tuscan would be enough of a challenge raiser I think. About the car, the TVR seems nice. Perhaps the Nissan Silvia R-spec RM or Lexus ISF RM would be nice too? Haven't driven them as RM, but it feels like they would be nice, gonna try them later myself. I'm still fond of the idea of LMP's but it's probably easier for practical purposes to use a Gran Turismo RM car... Same day and time works for me.

Good to hear all you guys input, Heavy damage will most likely be a no go then :)

As for ballast, Jonzster is better than us  I don't think he should be punished for that,
I think we should all try harder to beat him !

Plus, you never know, he could buckle under the pressure of being champ or become over confident

I like all RM cars toffe but as far as I know there is no TVR Series and there are championships for all the other RM cars already.

Would you guys want the races to be longer, shorter or same time as we ran for the Nsx?

The Lexus is good, heck I like all the RM cars too :)

About the 40-45 min mark is about right or how about 2 half hour races one with reverse grid from the last race, of course you need to have a formation lap for that but there was talk of that for next season. (or trust people to qualify as normal and select reverse grid in the options)

I know what it's like when you don't qualify well and are fighting further down the field, in contrast the lead cars have a mostly clear track and start to pull away, usually the same old people in front again  :D

Theres two sides to that...A true champ will be able to win with ballast however your point counters this. ballast is also used in real motorsport. your call 👍

Yeah, I thought it could be nice with a little turbo power, so I did a few test laps in the Nissan Silvia RM just to try it out, but... it just had too much grip hehe. I also think that the TVR will be the best choice now, especially since there seem to be very few racing it. Same race distance is fine I think, around 40 minutes is good.

About reverse grid or weight ballast I'm not sure what I think actually... it would make things even more interesting though!

I'm tight for time tonight. Won't be home until about 8.45. So will probably miss qualifying but should be on for the race. Wouldn't want to miss the grand finale.

Not looking good for tonights race :(

Both my UK and USA accounts will not let me sign in to the network 👎

Still having no joy getting online, heard on the grapevine that the network will be down until around 10pm.

Connection timed out earlier for me 👎 Hoped it was because I was re-uploading the last race replay after fixing a few issues :grumpy:

Try resetting your router and turning off ps3 before you put it back in

Tried that R35 and still no joy mate, my USA account was working ok until an hour or so ago...

Looks like another race postponed due to the network 👎

Looking good Jonzster, I noticed a test on youtube that is just me "stopping" while trying to pass you at the hairpin

I thought I was going to hit you, great driving on your part mate, love our wheel to wheel battles 👍
