"Fastest Lap" reported was another "Blazing" 1'17.259 from "slowpoke" who posted the largest Margin Of Victory with a 17.635' as well! "Closest" reported margin was from "GT3mich" whose MOV was only 6.600 Seconds!!! He found that Elusive Race I'm always "Trying" to find for us!!! Closest Race between "Humans" was the beru / DerAlta battle with a mere 1.919 SECONDS separating them!!!
Looks as if I inadvertantly picked a combo which favored a "Wheel" this time! Only RacyBacy broke into the Top Six without one!

I'm adding a new Award this time..."Most Improved Driver" & this Race The "Olive Wreath" goes to NielG From his first submission to his final one he took off 32 SECONDS!!! 👍 GREAT Job NielsG!!!

Excellent race combo. I enjoyed it a lot. Slowpoke's time is phenomenal. I'm thinking consistent 1'17's and low 1'18's for a time like that. Well done UB57 for finishing in 2nd place.

First of all, congrats to UB57 and RacyBacy for filling the podium, and to everyone else that completed this torture test of a race!! These streets were made for Chariots, not cars!! It was tough for this old geezer to keep his concentration for 5 laps, let alone the full 15

I've added a replay of the race, and my fastest ghost which IIRC has a wall touch, but shows my intent around the track . I'll also type in my laps here for those that cannot view the replay. (Both are NTSC Xport, you may need to change the extension to .sps before transfering into the Sharkport). Looking at these times again it's painfully obvious how defensive my driving was when getting a wall touch early in the stint

Once again thanks, UB for a fun race. 👍 Feared it would be as frustrating as the Godzilla Nightmare, so I was positively surprised, when I realized it actually was possible to make clean races.

Looking forward to (read: praying, begging and hoping desperately for) another pleasant surprise and wall free race, when the next event is announced.

All I can see is that "pokie" starts AMAZINGLY Fast!!! I have a better line "Out" of the Pits & "Close" pretty well. (Takes me a While to find my Rhythm! ) Oh yeh, Re-checked my replay before attaching & even though I remember "Feeling" a "Kiss" thru the wheel I couldn't see one!!! So I'm gonna call it 99% "Kiss Free"!!!

Why oh Why can we NOT attach SHARKPORT FILES!!!!!
I "THOUGHT" this had been fixed!!!

Der Alta has been one of my "benchmarks" for a long time. (Tho' boom has been "Yoda"0.
To be only 6 seconds behind him over 15 laps makes this "Geezer" feel pretty good.

How about a shoter race next time UB57, maybe a 5 lapper? With school, I dont really have time to work on multiple attempts of such a long race. Just a suggestion, because I know many of you like the longer races.
