Yep.

Some tips:

1. X button speeds the man up.

2. Triangle makes him stop so you can move the camera around without worrying about him jumping off a ledge.

3. R1 moves the camera faster.

4. L1 activates six-axis.
 
Just played Echochrome (the HK store one is english) and I have to say its a great game.. It just seems to be captivating despite the lack of fancy graphics and its one of the few games that makes using the sixaxis motion sensing a pleasure. The classical music gets slight annoying after a while, custom soundtracks would be a great feature for the full game..

I also think the echochrome womans voice is sexy! :sly:

i just got a psp and im kind of disappointed in the pc store/psp site. why cant i download the GoW demo through my psp? i know its 163mb, but, so what. no searching? no tab for psp themes?

i also wish the game downloader had a pause/resume function instead of just giving an error screen. ive gotten as far as 100mbs on the GoW 163mb demo only to have my connection fall a sleep and the downloader crash again.

Seriously though, that was extreme fun and just the whole optical perspective illusion idea is brilliant.

They claim they are working on a direct from PSP version. I am betting it will be part of the store renovation that is due this Spring.

That right there is my biggest issue with the PC store. Just let me download the files to my PC hard drive and just have my PSP connected for authentication purposes.
 
OMG Rocketmen is total garbage! The gameplay is sour, and its not as good as other twinstick shooters. Sony PLZ release Dark Mist for U.S.!!

You're not kidding.
I had DL'd the demo with not great hope, and it managed to be even worse than I thougt, in every single way.

We've been waiting for a fun playable demo and this is what they leave us with? 👎

I bought COD4 because i was bored, turns out to be a really good game, even with the sixaxis! :)
 
Depends on what you like, Rock band songs (my sister won't stop playing crushcrushcrush by paramore), Pain characters, MLB 2k8 demo, Guitar hero song, themes, very big, but no DLC for anything other than PAIN.

I'm starting to get fed up with the lack of EU store content. Its almost like Playstation hates the EU store.
 
I think this is a reason why Sony allowing us different regional accounts is a good thing.

If they were really trying to screw the EU they would base the regional access of your PS3 on your IP address and not let you get to the free stuff in other stores, or now with Playstation cards, even bought stuff.

I mean, sure the EU doesn't get Pain, but you do have the ability to get it when a simple firmware update could take all that away.
 
I suppose. However, as an example the US always seems to get demo's which never seem to even make it to the EU stores. US also get more DLC than EU.

True, I'm not saying you don't get screwed, just that you have the ability to get the other stuff.

Personally, I complain because Japan gets tons of PS1 games that none of us get. And HK and AU have digital media downloads.


At the end of the day though EU truly does get the biggest shaft.

I'm actually confused as to what is taking so long on things like Pain.
 
Yep the EU get the big stiff one again, I think it's down to localisation of the content. I am glad ive got a PSN ID for the US, JPN & HK stores though.

Rumored PlayStation Store Release List Shows Home, Ratchet: Quest For Booty Due In July

Ratchet: Quest for Booty? Lair: Diabolical Dragons? The Last Guy? A Resistance 2 trailer next month? Those releases are rumored to be hitting the PlayStation Store this spring and summer, according to the above pic going 'round the internet today. It's all based on a allegedly leaked PlayStation Network release list from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, which lays out the planned PSN releases for the next four months, including a July release date for Home.

As you can see, according to the list, April is a big month. These releases may be bundled together to help promote the PlayStation Store revamp, also rumored to hit on April 15. So what is all this stuff?

The Lair pack(s) shown in the leaked list may what finally brings analog stick control to the PlayStation 3 game. When we inquired with Sony about the patch on hand at GDC, we were met with silence.

Ratchet Quest For Booty is most likely either Insomniac's downloadable content for Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction or a PlayStation Network release. Considering the Space Pirate presence in Tools of Destruction, it would certainly makes sense as DLC. When we asked Insomniac about their plans for PSN game, they simply (and wryly) responded "We're very busy."

The Last Guy, we know almost nothing about, other than that Sony Computer Entertainment Japan filed for the that trademark last year.

Take this all as rumor for now, but keep an eye on the PlayStation Store updates to see if this pans out to be true.

FK you sure those Rock Band songs are $ .99? They're usually $1.99; i would check but my PS3 is out of commission at the moment.

I just copy and pasted from ps3fanboy. Click the header, where it says US PS STORE UPDATE and it will take you there. I didn;t pay attention because I don't own Rock Band.

It has slowed down a bit, but that is good because it was burning my wallet up. Of course, the slow down is just in time for me to go out and by the Metal Gear Solid Essentials Collection.

Apparently there was some cryptic information in a video from insomniac recently, the magnets on the fridge in the background (I haven't seen the video, just found this on the PSU forums), are something like Q4BQ802, or something to that effect, if you rearrange it for a bit, it will come out as Q4BQ208, which could mean "Quest for Booty, Quarter 2, 2008", or something similar.

I see a Pain character update. Perhaps that means that you will get Pain before April?


I also notice that some of that stuff is already out in the US, so maybe that means we will actually see some of the new stuff in the US store first.
 
Sorry, after further reading, the letters on the fridge are "Q4BDLC", which could stand for "(Ratchet & Clank) Quest for Booty, Downloadable content."

The EU store was updated a bit ago, it had some Pain stuff, didn't really look though as I'm not fussed on it. It also had the Motorstorm 2 Trailer in HD, I downloaded that :D
