There's an important date in GT history coming up this week...

Aye, 23rd December 1997.

Twentieth anniversary would be a good time to drop something.

To be perfectly honest, id wish they drop some special collectors edition just like the 20th anniversary PS4. Or some huge collection... i just dont think announcing a new track for GTS would be appropriate to celebrate your 20 year history. Give us a behind the scenes documentary etc.

Well, the Sunday Cup, Roadster Challenge et al do come across as GT1, so that’s an interesting thought. Especially if the Japanese don’t stop work over Christmas.

It would be very smart to PD take advantage of the date of 20 years, and launch the classic tracks released in GT1.

  • Autumn Ring Mini
  • Autumn Ring
  • High Speed Ring
  • Trial Mountain
  • Deep Forest
  • Clubman Stage Route 5
  • Special Stage Route 5
  • Special Stage Route 11
  • Grand Valley East Course
  • Grand Valley Speedway
  • Test Course

This would be amazing and awesome and epic and is neeeever gonna happen!

i've just been hyped so much thanks you, it will ask me hours to clean my pants now.

Willow Springs is not even close to being considered one of the top U.S, road racing circuits compared to the tracks that have not been included in this edition but have been featured in prior editions..
How is that different from any other continent? I mean there are very few tracks all in all for all locations and even fewer are top. I understand it is extremely important to be offended and and so on in the US at the moment but come on....

Never said I was actually offended but the included track list can have an influence is sale figures for a region. When you only include 1 track for one of your largest regions in sales numbers then you at least make it a track that has significance for popularity within the region.

Willow Spings does not meet that significance.

Nope, not gonna get hyped.....

oh PLEASE LET THIS HAPPEN!!!

Presumably it was pretty easy for them to model since, y'know, it's a barren wasteland with a couple of sheds. That, along with those godawful mini Willows in two directions each, has let them boast an extra five circuits on the track list for minimal work, while we're all here ignoring it and dreaming of proper circuits. :)

Hm, if it is about the GT League why do we need news of a date so late in december? After all it's just 13 days left of this month, it would be better if we had gotten a date earlier this month, so i'm a bit worried that the date will have 2018 in it, but it is what it is and i'm looking forward to this mystery date .

And the ONLY times I have raced on this track is doing license test or circuit challenges when it was absolutely required to run the circuit to complete the task. The limited tracks that I like within the game will probably be the reasons I will reach a point it is so boring through repetition that I eventually shelve the game.

Can you imagine a DLC GT history??? I mean...

1- GT 1 Pack of circuits : Trail Montain, Deep Forest, Autum Ring
2- GT 2 Pack of circuits: Seattle Circuit, Red Rock Valley, Laguna Seca
3- GT 3 pack of circuits: Grand Valley, SSR11, Tokyo R246
4- GT 4 pack of circuits: El Capitan, Apricot hill, Opera Paris

etc etc

Why do I get the feeling that we will be getting something on the 23rd?

That really would be great but I don't think it will happen...:(
