1. Suggested that responsible citizens could own AR15's instead of calling for an outright ban on "military style assault weapons", machine guns and tanks. Gun nut and likely dirty NRA supporter.
2. Criticized people in Hollywood for encouraging others to vote. Anti-American.
3. Suggested voting is not a duty or a moral obligation. Anti-American
4. Criticized Trump - good. Threw Hillary in with Trump - bad. Right wing nutjob

I like what @Johnnypenso said above for sure, but... if you're suggesting that Mike Rowe would get the same treatment trump is getting... I don't think so. He's a much more reasonable, thoughtful, intelligent, fair-minded individual. For example, he'd have a WAY better chance of getting my vote.

This has been obvious since he started though, he just wasn't the established figure his party wanted, which is what made him seem against the "system". In reality as I've said, if the republican party wasn't as stupid as the Hillary campaign runners, Trump would have had a far more difficult time. But instead they played into his nature which helped him tons, just like Hillary as been doing.

In reality it was always obvious that a multi billionaire wasn't ever going to be a maverick/rouge in the election under RNC backing.

It's a very common parameter in polls like this so you'd assume they'd just ask the question outright.
