So a couple things I've noticed recently: for some odd reason there is better grip on the ice tracks than on a regular track in the snowy season. Even with ice tires and minimum tire pressure, I cannot drive on a snow covered track. However the ice tracks are very manageable. Shouldn't the race tracks be at least plowed and salted, with snow beginning to cover the track with precipitation? (Also, snow still has more traction than ice) This would make driving in the snoy season much more fun and enjoyable, as well as make the Pirelli winter carving edge tires relevant.
Secondly, I've found that the AI always launches with zero wheelspin as soon as the lights go green (as if them and the lights are on a synchronised timer). I believe this is part of what's causing the rearending issue, at least at race start (why they still rearend me at 150 mph halfway through lap 1 is still beyond me).
Finally, I'm on Xbox One using a Thrustmaster TMX, and the TM issue where the wheel starts going crazy seems to mostly take effect on the straights when the wheel is in the center position. If I put just a little bit of turning angle on it in either direction, the shaking stops.
Ok, so one more thing (sorry), when I do a manual cooldown lap and take it all the way to my pit box in helmet cam, the next event I do I start in cockpit view (this is what the game reverts to whenever you're in the pit box.) This makes it a little difficult as I don't map a button to "change view" (because Microsoft needs to hurry up with proper keyboard support, just sayin').
@GTsimms @IanBell @The_American I hope this feedback helps!
