Guys, have you tried cooperation in career mode so far?
I think you and I are in the same boat.I didn't get the Deluxe or Day One Edition. Oh no, don't tell me I've been given the wrong copy!
I may have encountered a bug.
I may have encountered a bug.
And as it turned out, the boxed Limited Edition + Season pass was the cheapest way to buy all the content in the UK (£70, vs £75 for the digital deluxe).
I'm going to say it's not a bug. Although I might be wrong. Looks like an unintended feature to me. Wish SCs/VSCs was an unintended feature.
Not the same issue, no.The exact same thing happens in PCars 1, amazing.
That's not a landmine.land mines are in, cool /s
Yeah, that was a memorable one for sureIm still laughing at the @IanBell live stream with the Wine/Guitar/Hotel Calfornia...''EA can go **** themselves''
14 hours later it's set to finish at 2am, and I'm not waiting until the morning
I paid £35 for the game and £25 for the season pass, that =£60. Unless there's something I'm missing (which might be the case).
Was certainly good for replays, never drove much like that myself and I guess they thought no one else did either.Man...i miss the Rear Passenger Camera so much...
You need to open the the car management menu. Should be a direction on the D-Pad by default. You can then change strategy, choose a tyre, request a pit stop, etc.Has anyone done an endurance race yet? Reason i ask is that i have only done short career races where you dont have to pit. However when i pit in practice there is never an option to swap driver or change tyre compound?
I know you can preset pit stratergies but you can only set 1 as active. What if the weather changes mid race?
Can anyone tell me how we go about this?
Thanks all.
IN-CAR MANAGEMENT
Project CARS 2 features a comprehensive In-Car Management system (ICM) which allows you to make dynamic adjustments to your car set-up (if available on your car), on-the-fly changes to pit strategy and toggle driver aids.
It uses an easy-to-navigate, hierarchal menu system that can be accessed with a single button click defined in your controller options and navigated using assignable D-Pad style controls.
• Close
Just press to the left to close the ICM menu.
• Brake Bias
Press to the left or right to decrease or increase brake bias levels.
• Fuel Map
Choose between different fuel maps if available.
• Request Pit Stop
Press to the right to request a pit-stop. Once active, you can use the ICM to cancel a pit-stop.
• Car Management
This sub-menu allows you to change the Stability Control, Traction Control and Anti-Lock Braking driver aid levels, plus the front and rear anti-roll bar settings (if available).
• Race Strategy
You can select between strategies if you have created custom pit strategies, or adjust a strategy on the fly: change tyre compound, refuelling levels or damage repair. You can also choose to swap to an AI driver at your next pit-stop.
I mapped the ICM to L3 on my wheel which popped it up, yet pressing it again doesn't close it, instead I have to select Close from the ICM menu itself, however I can't do this as I have mapped my X button to be Seat Up, therefore the ICM would never close. Bit of an oversight, so I just chose to not use it features at all. Does this mean I can't perform pit stops properly? You need to open the the car management menu. If you schedule a pit stop I think you should be ok but if you want to change pit stop strategy due to damage or change in weather then you would be struggling.I mapped the ICM to L3 on my wheel which popped it up, yet pressing it again doesn't close it, instead I have to select Close from the ICM menu itself, however I can't do this as I have mapped my X button to be Seat Up, therefore the ICM would never close. It's only 15 mins man!Does anybody know if we can shorten the qualifying times??
could not find a option.. only on or off ..
I haven't found one yet. It's a problem if you don't remember when trying to set fuel level! So is there anyway of knowing how long a race once the session is under way in multiplayer? PS4?
Keep forgetting keep starting with a full tank!I haven't found one yet. It's a problem if you don't remember when trying to set fuel level!

In other news I received a driving standards warning for this:
And this:
Any ideas why so I can prevent it?
Its the extra fuelStop losing control of the car
I've noticed that track limits, etc are quite harshly policed this time around but on balance I'd prefer that compared to being too lenient. Particularly for MP.Its the extra fuel
you can Close ICM manually or it will auto-close after 20-30 seconds. Your changes are saved inmediately upon change, dont worry about Closing the ICMI mapped the ICM to L3 on my wheel which popped it up, yet pressing it again doesn't close it, instead I have to select Close from the ICM menu itself, however I can't do this as I have mapped my X button to be Seat Up, therefore the ICM would never close. think the warning system is probably a little overzealous, rewarding absolutely clean driving above all else, but personally I don't mind this.
Oh cool, didn't know that. Thanks!you can Close ICM manually or it will auto-close after 20-30 seconds. Your changes are saved inmediately upon change, dont worry about Closing the ICM
