@RyanLaFalce2 -- Unfortunately not on consoles. Other things took priority and SMS have not been able to get to it. They know it's requested, so it may come later in an update, if possible.

Each car will have a collection of liveries to pick from (including roadcars with "tuner"-inspired liveries, if I'm not mistaken). On PC, you can create liveries with external image-editing software.

By the way, welcome to GTPlanet. :) 👍

I found this earlier today by FTRRacingTv

didnt know whether to put this in this thread or the video thread so i might do both since some might only look at the video thread. a mod can delete this post if they dont want it here plus its super long but you can skip to the car you want at the beginning

Thanks. I've always been a follower of this site since GT5, and I thought I was signed up, but I wasn't so I made this. Lol

The biggest things on my wishlist for car DLC are NASCAR Trucks and Xfinity series. I'd definitely pay for it too.

What's so strange? There are other games that don't have Toyota cars in them. The reason is money, pretty simple.
Strange (to me) because they are the largest automobile manufacturer in the world and also have every racing car imaginable.
Does including Toyota cars cost more than other brands?

Maybe not, but there could be other considerations. It may cost as much as some other manufacturers, but they just chose more European ones because they feel that Europe may be the biggest market for this game. Another reason could be that Toyota may be more difficult/slow to work with. We don't know exactly what the deal is, but I'm sure it's one way or another related to money.

Limited funds means a limited car list. You have to pick and choose your cars carefully and you can't include them all on a tight budget. I'm sure they'd like to have all the major manufacturers included but it's not realistic in this version of the game...to this point anyway.

It could be that next time around, when it comes to pCARS 2, or even later in life in pCARS, that Toyota may join the game. We do know that there was one manufacturer (not sure who) who actually approached SMS to be included in the game.

I'm guessing the Indy Cars will have the new 2015 Aero kits?

For example : Austin Martin Vantige V12 GT3 at Cad Well Park .
Laptime dry track : 1:24.63
Laptime wet track : 1:26.73
Only a gap of 2 seconds in wet condition

Do you have some details on this? A link perhaps?

Hallo Jack2013guy , Johnnypenso and Devin Smith .

Devin Smith :
Yes it came from your site .
By the way ........ well done

Jack2013guy :
Wet track .

Johnnypenso :

I noticed that there were some cars that drove both on dry as in wet weather almost equal laptimes , so i starded to record there times and it confirmed my thoughts .
I took the laptimes of 6 cars , 4 of cars had a laptime between 1 or 2 secondos in wet and 2 cars had 8 secondos (what seems to be more realistic)
So...... what is my point.......ach just to let you know .
Gonna by the game anyway .

Greets svenvangent

Ahaaaa we have 3 kind of wet .
Cant say Jake2013guy , if you click on Austin Martin Vantige V12 GT3 you can see it , i think intermediates not sure.

greets
If it's Intermediates then it's not bad. In fairness, the Aston is very heavy so would cut through water much better and get better traction off corners.

So in addition to the different Formula series in career mode, there will be IndyCar then. Will there also be NASCAR?
Depends on how much units were sold... SMS doesnt have unlimited $$$ resources :grumpy: Its still hilarious what quality build SMS made, when you compare their budget to the competitors (Turn10 or Polyphony or ...) yet theres still a lot people moaning about the 60€ for one copy (PS4/XB1)

I know that by the Car List there's none, but i was wondering if any of you guys in contact with the SMS has a clue if we'll get some proper (modern) Touring cars like those of the WTCC or if a WTCC partnership is possible as DLC.

I know i'll love the game and all but i also know i'll miss racing those if not in game.

Thanks.
