just a quick question would anybody be interested in me attempting to stream the game. it would be a mix of career races, online and quick races. ive got to test my connection first. But it's a good opportunity to see the game.

OF COURSE! Why do you even ask that question? :D

Seriously, yes, that'd be fantastic. On twitch? Preferably some time next weekend, Sunday would be best. Or Wednesday evening. Or both. ;)

Sometimes I wonder why you buggers wanna know and see every last detail of the game before you can actually play it... Would kinda spoil my fun, but maybe thats just me. I deliberately didnt watch more than one of the Driveclub Japan track previews before playing them myself yesterday and oogling over them for hours. Wowed me much more that way. :D

It all makes sense half of the vision gt cars are spaceships with wheels.
The moon buggy was just the start!
Just imagine it the "intergalactic endurance championships"
You could have corners around planets and moons chicanes between gas giants and their rings or moons. My mind is now blown.
Gran Turismo the real space racing simulator

Sounds good as long as they include realistic features like black holes, and real weather dynamics such as meteor showers.

Hell, I have been at WMD almost since the start and I deliberately stay out of the career mode until after the release date. :D

Not sure if it has been asked already or not, but is there an option to have full control when driving into the pit?

On pc you can use the override for now. Initial release will have this disabled though. The plan is to introduce this later on in a patch.

LOL yeah, obviously. Nitrous should be KERS and handbrake should be DRS (who needs a handbrake in a track focused sim anyway?!). Direct all complaints @GuerillaBlack please! :D

Sébastien Loeb did try a handbrake turn in WTTC, I think it is hard to resist after more than ten years of WRC :)

I am sure some console gamers will complain about all the options when all they know is start the game and play. :P

Some console players (like myself) have been begging for a long time for a game dev to finally add a FOV slider (and more) to consoles. I personally will be extremely pleased if I see a FOV slider in PCars. Let's hope that console gets a (near) PC experience this time!

Yeah, but I was referring to the coach potatoe that comes home from work and just wants to hang and chill with a quick game without worrying about anything like settings. The same guys that abandoned PC to trade in high maintenance/annoyance for a maintenance/worry free 'put in a disc and play' experience. Let me tell you... there are a lot of them. ;)

That said. While that is handy for a lot of games. Sim racing games just need the extra options, and that demand from the community is what has led to bucket loads of them in Project CARS simply because we could say "we want this and we want that".
