First impressions are very good , particularly the handling. However, on my 720p TV, it does look a little 'cartoony.' Does anyone else have the same problem?
 
Something Gran Turismo was often slated for, ironically! :lol:

Yeah multiclass is still wip it seems
So i now Took a ruf rgt-8 gt3 roundtable le mans , multiclass, 35 opponents
What happens is, that you have mainly all the different gt3 cars a few vintage fords and the pagani zonda r as well as the the M1 procar

Yep, indeed. Highly requested at WMD to massively improve Multiclass (some would say: make it functional) asap. Better class system (no vintage LMPs thrown in together with LMP1s etc), more possibilites to select classes in finer detail, timed races, we want the whole package.

There is, pit stops work, but the animation is missing. The character team are working hard to bring them in the game asap and said that they are on a good way. Lots of testing and fine tuning to do, though.

Good...because an LMP1, GT3 race is something I really want to do. Hang on...then how does multi class work in career mode? :odd:

Oh good, well at least there's pitstops for now...minus the crew. :P

yeah it just looks that way a bit. I'm going to try turning the colour down on my tv; the game is pretty well saturated so might make it look more realistic.
 
How do you know if youre TM is in the pits?! I went in and it said 'box currently occupied' and i had to drive though and it screwed up my race!

There is a button to request pit, which can be mapped. Push that some time before you decide you want to put, and they will get ready for you. Otherwise things like this can happen.
 
I need to get up everytime there is some new text onscreen, like messages or the set up screen.
I'm playing on the livingroom TV an have a wheel rig to put before tge couch.

TV is 40" and about 3,5m away.
Alot of ps4 games have very small text.

Downside for being a 40 year old gamer with an visual handicap (+10dpt) I guess :(

Is there a way console users can download liveries made by PC users? no livery editor is a bit of a downer.

Is it possible to customize the HUD, as in re-position/re-size virtual mirror and gauges on PS4? I could swear I read about a fully customizable HUD a while back. Or is that feature PC exclusive?
Could do with slightly bigger gauges and mirror, in all honesty.

I use a 50 inch Panny Plasma, PC based with a GTX 970 etc and it looks generally lovely and far from cartoon like? Edit..... the TV is 1080p, 60Hz. Check your settings in game and select correct format.

really getting into the Clio cup now - had a great battle with the leader at Snetterton and then in the 2nd race i nailed it,winning by 7 seconds.

I was going to PM you on FB Rodz about the pit button but got treed because I'm too busy having fun :)
 
Really enjoying it so far, I feared I would have problems with my X1 controller like some have but its fine for me, no problems at all so far and I'm hooked 👍
 
Totally in love and hooked on the game. As a ps4 player, having a proper racing game is amazing.

The only issue I have had is its too easy to win in super karts. Like, 100 AI, lapping the whole field with laps to spare on 10 laps of Snetterton.
 
My start of a race is so bad. Any hints?! I put in first gear and when lights go green I push the throttle. Is there more to it?! :)
 
Just a quick one regarding multi class , when you get the invitational for le man the field does consist of GT3 and Lmp1 and lmp2 right ?

Loving it so far I have to say
