Agree. Experiencing pCARS forum makes me even more grateful for GTPlanet. Not only for the pCARS subforum, but for everything else that I enjoy in this community.
Some pages back in this thread, the question was asked if users would stay here or move to SMS forum site. Easy answer for me. :gtpflag:

PS - Love your signature! I keep coming back to pCARS knowing that it may not end well. It's like a meth addiction.

project tractors expansion anyone?

Quick question; is there any way to view your friends lap times without having to manually search through the thousands of people?

Just got back into this after getting a new controller.

I never thought the hardest part of career would be the start . Those karts are just waiting for an excuse to throw you in the wall if you don't back off a bit. Fun but deadly.

It has developed quite a bit since I last played it about a year ago.

Quick answer, No.
Well thats a bummer. Guess I'll have to just ask them

Am curious to hear from XBone users how effective the patch was. It will give us an indication on patches in general.
I'll give it a try after work, if no one answer's by then.

Oh god those Karts are crazy. Extremely frustrating, but when you happen to get that great lap its extremely pleasing. The very first track with all the elevation changes was getting the best of me.

I could get some good laps in. Just I couldn't last the whole race at that pace. (I am a 100% race person)

One tip. Tap the throttle just after braking before a corner to help with stability.

Ah, I'm at 70%-80% right now, still trying to figure out which one suits me. Just takes some getting used to after driving a different vehicle for so long

As for the tip, yeah I sorta figured that actually. I've noticed that riding the throttle during the turn actually induces just enough understeer to keep a good flow around a turn.

Can someone tell me how the Project Cars Soundtrack on Spotify works? I thought the point of it was for the Spotify tunes to play instead of the menu music but im getting both at the same time?

Wanting some Tech House on the go rather than that opera carry on!

Turn off the music in the audio options in game. Though the music will continue to play while racing with Spotify, if that's an issue for you. I don't think it's even possible to have Spotify stop an start playing as an when the in game music does. Would be cool if it could. 90% of the soundtracks on games would become pointless to me

Why has pCARS got the same problems SHIFT2 had? cars sticking together, hidden walls, tunes not saving, track pens way off and the list gose on. Love the game but looks like they missed the bread and butter stuff out again! shocking really as they made us wait so long for this far from finished game/SIM.

Did they not learn anything from SHIFT2!

No offense but I haven't experienced any of those issues... :odd:

I've experienced those two.

Tunes saving are ok... but I always go into the tuning menu to double check all is present and correct. I usually have to put the correct tyre back on though.

Are you saving for different tracks? or just one? saving for different tracks is hit and miss.

WOW! Something we agree on! ;) Totally, agree with the track penalties not being fair/correct. Penalties either seem to be too harsh or not harsh enough. Nobody should be getting a penalty for being punted off.

Also, I'm yet to slow down for a yellow flag because nothing happens.
