So if the test track is returning and Redbull ring possibly (I can't wait!!!), did two other locations get dropped that are on the track list?

You have to be joking. Literally just realised from this vid that old hockenheim was the track I used to love playing on an old f1 game years ago. What the hell did they do to it?

This is how it looks nowadays :(:

What in the name of the coitus is that contraption?! A drift monster? Pikes peak?

Edit: Ok, found it. What on earth do we need a drift monster for?! :odd: Please dont tell me the "coming soon" part is a drift mode, I hate hate hate hate haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate drifting in games... :ouch:

The pCARS physics will handle that power and the tyre model is good for nuanced grip loss so the drifting itself will be fine. It should only be a "points for angle/speed" system, nothing more.

I've never liked drift mode on slightly less simulated games such as GT or Driveclub, but drift mode in Assetto Corsa (accumulating points for angle and speed) was actually not bad since the physics are believable. What AC also has is a bunch of tuned variants of their road cars specifically prepared for drifting (basically simulating after-market suspension kits and power changes). If pCARS wants to do drifting properly, it will need to provide upgrade kits.

After seeing that pCARS is getting a Scotland track, I got the game back today relatively cheap.

Now hurry up SMS. :D

Drift is an official part of motorsport so it would be appropriate to have in the game.

Oh please, your kidding? I could say Monster Trucks are part of Motorsports too, so they should put that in?

It is considered part of Motorsport, much in the same way that synchronised swimming is considered part of aqua aerobics.

And count me in for monster trucks. Also, cranes and helicopters are already there, would be good if we could drive them.
