Gawd, I hate when they are doing this obvious PR blah. Sure, people asked for more japanese cars but acting as if they were building the Toyotas just because of that and as if people were championing for inclusion of some pointless Rocketbunnies is just... Like come on, really?
A special, fan requested car pack would be delivering the Top 10 most requested cars in the "what cars to you want to see ingame" thread or making a poll, like with tracks.

You apparently misunderstood my post. If every second post in the car request thread would have been "Give us Rocketbunny PLZ!!!!1! THNXKBYE", I would have no problem with them bringing that thing even though I dont give a damn about it myself. But to bring a car that almost nobody (if anybody, dunno) ever mentioned and try to sell that as a "special fan-requested Car Pack in October", thats what I mean with... Come on, really? Same goes with the ancient Evos. Sure, you have the fizz things of some nippon geeks going "BANZAIIIIIIIIII!!!" because of them, but in the grand scheme of things, how many people do really want those old Evos? The only cars in that pack that really were heavily requested are the TS040 and the GT86 roadcar.

I don't understand why they're even saying any car pack is 'fan-requested'. I'm sure fans are requesting cars from manufacturers we'll never see in pCARS (Lambos, Ferraris etc) so it should be 'fan-requested from the limited selection of manufacturers that we currently have licenses for and perhaps a few that we haven't announced car pack'.
Same goes for the tracks. How can we request anything if we don't know what licenses SMS can get?
I personally want more tracks as I have yet to even drive all the cars we have currently.

The DLCs have been weak up to now, we need DLCs like touring car legends pack, Group 5 monster pack, all cars in the same car class. 🤬 road cars off too

Sorry SMS but those cars are certainly not what the fans have been asking for! The majority on the official forums have been asking for WTCC, old BTCC current BTTC & current GT3 cars!
SMS are getting as irrating as T10 when its coming to DLC.

You're seriously complaining about this? All I've been hearing is that we all want more manufactures, well here they are. This is the only game so far to have a licensed TS040. I think they are handling the DLC better than any other game company.Yeah when you see this screenshot

Plus the Scion FR-S, it's only got a different badge ffs, that's PD all over right there. Then, they put one with a Rocketbunny bodykit on it, and some bright spark must have gone "hey, what if the Scion fans want the rocketbunny", so they pulled another PD...
Seriously, not counting the obvious duplicates, we have two lancers, an 86, and 86 with a bodykit, and one actual cool race car...

Blame all the GT and Forza fans that constantly cry about there not being a good range of road cars in Pcars. They are likely why we keep getting road car DLC and bugger all race cars. I reeeeeaaally want more race cars lol. There are already plenty of racing games that cater to people who like road cars ffs.

Gazoo Racing made a GT4-esc GT86, that would have been nice. Also there's a GT300 GT86 (not the Subaru BR-Z, that spec carbon tub with a massive diffuser car...you know the one which shares the same tub as the Lotus) would have been interesting for GT3 or having in GTE with the Bimmer and Aston. (yes I know it's not a GTE but why not? Maybe I shouldn't type in the morning. 
)
And then the Lancer, surely there's a touring car version (SCCA even).
Many possibilities, none taken (due to licensing or not). Just the TS040? No thanks. Would have been nice to get the TS020 GT1 car.

Along with the indy cars and the Gen 6 Nascar and they can add some free car. Oh my god im gonna turn into @catamount39 when they start teasing in game screenshots of that
