I've only just found out that the combinations for the safes were written on the artefacts that you pick up. I was so confused at the big red writing and no option to type anything in. :ouch:

Aha, the comments just went wild on that link. Ellie learns how to swim DLC, or how to craft a pallet skillset

I'm very much looking forward to the DLC, the more story the better. I'm not too fussed that it's not even about the main characters from the original game, either. There's so many different stories to be told in the world of The Last of Us, that you could have so many potential spin-off adventures about minor characters.

Oh no!

I hope to hear Joel Sing but i can adapt to this Ish idea. Could be great to play as a guy who's ending we all already know. :sly:

Well it would be set up well. Starts on the boat. Comes to land and clear some tunnels, meets family, survives a while and has to escape (would be epic game sequence btw) Then him being out and finding safety.

DLC

Right there

Considering this all happened many many years ago the landscape would look quite different. Buildings that have fell over wont be covered in moss and weeds.

Been putting in some stints on this, getting close to the end, want to complete before Tuesday.

Struggling in the pet shop with Ellie, need to look at a guide I think to work this out.

Excellent story.

* SPOILER *

Excellent story.

Is this your first play through..?

If so; how has it taken you so long? Lol

For the part you mentioned Sureshot you needs TONS of patience. Study AI paths and take so much time with it, it is difficult!

*The Beauty of Abandonment*

There is something truly terrifying, yet incredibly beautiful about nature reclaiming what's rightfully it's own. To see the remains of everything human, being overgrown, rotting, desolate and cold, with no humans remaining is what really makes TLOU worthwhile. That on its own is surely worth it.

Had an amazing game last night playing Supply Raid on the Dam. End up executing the entire team. I get two of them with Shivs, one with melee and the revolver, and executing the last guy who was already downed.

It's moments like these when the Multi-Player is so rewarding!

I just finished my Survivor+ play through. I just have to finish collectibles, jokes and options conversations and I have platinum. :D

Edit: training manuals and comics done. Had one of both of those left after survivor+.

Edit 2: just got the platinum. I found everything quickly but was missing one conversation and felt like I had seen all of the ones from a video guide. Decided to go try the convo between Joel and Ellie in a house of Bill's Town and it gave me the trophy and platinum. Now I can get back to Factions again.:D

I ended up jumping in building to the left, stabbing guy in there and running through, think I got fired at a couple of times, but got through eventually. Also had some trouble a bit later on in the tunnel when you have two big infected (can't recall name) and a clicker in no space, again, some smoke bombs and some luck and I was through.

Amazing ending, not quite sure what to make of it though.

Within five mins of finishing it this morning GTAV dropped in the door.

I use the flame thrower through the entire tunnel scene. It just mows through everyone, including the bloaters. It makes it much easier than attempting to use firearms.

Good since GTA 5 toked almost all those ugly campers from LoU servers i can finally enjoy some LoU on line, maybe i can stick to it so long to learn how to play and eventually i could obtain my platinum. I want it so hard :)

I don't think I'll ever not appreciate just how wonderful this is.

All I have left to do are my two Survivor playthroughs and the Multiplayer. Tonight I completed my second playthrough on Normal+ and finished off gathering all of the collectibles, pendants, conversations, shiv doors; etc. I only missed out on two SP trophies though, upgrading Joel fully with supplements and weapons. I was so close too! I'm not really bothered as on my first time playing I hardly gathered anything so I had a lot of making up to do, and this also gives me an excuse to play through it again for a third time! :D

Good news on the DLC reveal. Excited.

"Oh, you know how I used to be addicted to soap? Well now I'm clean."

That got me, got me good.

I just found out that multilayer in LoU is hard for a guy who don't like shooting people in this kind of games. Racing yes but shooting no! So if i ever get platinum it would be probably some miracle :)

Still waiting for some Single player DLC

I found it quite fun being stealthy in the single player. Just like Far Cry 3 you could be all guns blazing, the weapons are there, but you could sneak and I found it much more fun. Felt more like a game you have to think about playing not just run and gun like I do on CoD.

Have you not been introduced to Mr.Shiv and Dr.Machete then?

I am going to try really hard to rent this over the weekend. Maybe even try to rent it tonight. Been wanting to play this game forever.
