I'd go down the list.

"YOU GET A BAN!"
"YOU GET A BAN!"
"YOU GET A BAN!"
"YOU GET A BAN!"

Precisely.

Although I look more like Tom Cruise jumping on a couch than an obscenely wealthy black woman.

Do you all wear 2 button suits, listen to The Who and ride Lambrettas?

Also, how would it feel to permenatly ban a prominent member of the community, let's use Dion as an example, for something minor but unforgivable and how do you think it would effect you and the rest of the community?

Sorry, @Small_Fryz, just an example of an awesome member, mate. ;)

Do the mods like ketchup?
Get out. :P
What happened? :scared:
Only the Great Ketchup Incident of 2014!
He was the one telling fairy tales I say!
I only ever speak the truth always.

No, wait. The other one.

I've always liked three button, but I'm reasonably certain that my current suit is 2.

I don't mind The Who, but it's not my first choice for background noise.

I've never been on a scooter period, any less that particular brand.

First off, if it was minor it likely wouldn't be unforgivable. Moving on.

I've said it before. Save a few... special individuals, the staff doesn't want to, nor enjoys, banning people. I'm fairly confident that we'd all be fine not having to do anything to keep the site civil and troll free, but that's not likely to happen any time soon. Moving on again.

Regardless of stature or tenure, the AUP applies to everyone, everywhere, including Jordan (with the distinction of no one but himself being able to infract him). Break the AUP, get infracted, surpass 30 and you're gone. Simple as that.

I'll liken it to a surgeon, albeit with a lot less pay and college loans but the same amount of threatened lawsuits.

A surgeon has to believe that cutting you open and removing something you were born with will make you better.

Similarly, we have to believe that removing someone from GTPlanet will make it better. We don't take that job lightly. We don't enjoy it, but when our hand is forced, we don't hesitate, either.

How are you coping with that certain 'member'? AKA the god of spam?

Easily.

There is literally no behaviour we haven't seen before and this one is just about as derivative as it gets. It takes such an incredibly tiny amount of time to remove all traces of a member - even if they've been spamming for a couple of hours - compared to the time it takes to make a new account in the first place that it's almost hilarious that anyone still tries.

I think I've remembered my question from the other day! (Cheering or something)

If my friend and I use the same computer to browse GTP as he doesn't have one, is it possible that there is another way to confirm that his account isn't a double account?

I've already forgotten what mine were...

I'm sure they're kept for record keeping purposes.
