I edited the post to include everything I did. The hp/kg on the rally version is 4 so I tuned it down to 288hp to keep the power to weight correct. You can add more ballast weight and turn the power up until you get 295hp and a 4hp/kg power to weight ratio. The weight of the car in my post is correct for the rally car, so I didn't want to change that. The specs also say it still uses a spring and strut setup so I left off the FC suspension. This is probably as close as you can get in the game.

Now if we can just convince GT6 to release a 92 legacy rs, I could make the Colin McRae 92 Legacy 555 rally car... I've always defended GT over Forza until I heard forza released a 90 Legacy RS. Now I gotta buy an Xbox. first gen Legacy ftw!
