T10 did make a WIR announcement that they were "sunsetting" FM4 content, but I'm not sure how far in advance it was. Maybe only a week?
 
Hmm FM4 content....I would be happy to get Fujimi but I would lose my mind for Suzuka, Tsukuba, or Motegi.

Truth be told I never liked Fujimi that much. It was fun for multiplayer but it wasn't my track of choice for lapping. I went back and play FM4 and lapped it with my GT3 RS and it was amusing but as I said before give me them real circuits.

I think I gained over 50 levels on Fujimi in FM3 alone.
 
Are the severs down right now? I read there was an update released this evening but I haven't gotten it yet. All the online features are unavailable, but my internet is fine. :(

I love that track. It's weird though,certain cars are super fun on it, but I find with other cars I botch every other turn. :)

As far as I know, the update is just to fix some glitches. There was another one with the GT350R involving engine swaps.

Doesn't look like there will be a significant update this week (or likely, this month). Roll on January!
 
I just finished the last of the endurance races yesterday. Completely done with career. I only need a few more cars to have them all, besides the duplicate liveries etc. Still a ton to do in Rivals, spend millions on upgrades, and get a bunch of tunes. Plus I'm pumped to just mess around in free play. I haven't even done online yet, I won't get a gold membership until Christmas. I never thought I would say this, but I like this better then Forza 4...this game is a freaking blast. :)

You can get a free month of Xbox live by going to www.xbox.com and signing in. Once signed in, click your avatar at the top right and select xbox settings. After that you'll have to click on Subscriptions on the left hand side, afterwards, click on Get More Gold. Once there, there should be an option for 1 month of Xbox Live for $0.00.

This will work one time per account, if you have not done it yet. However, you can create multiple accounts and do it again for each individual account. However, if you do this, I recommend waiting for the previous accounts month to expire, as they don't stack.

I've noticed that, I was going to get it but XBox doesn't take Discover Card. I just get Microsoft gift cards through Amazon when I need anything. I guess I could use pay pal maybe, but Xmas is close enough I'll just wait.

Yeah it sounds like it. Hopefully it isn't too bad. It's weird, I noticed it when I tried to launch Netflix and it kept booting me, but I've had forza on all afternoon and I'm still downloading tunes and racing against drivatars. I think the issue is launching the game online, I don't know. I'll just keep my Xboxone on instant on and pause Forza until it's fixed :)
 
Dude, man no. I don't need that. I was possibly gonna go pick it up tonight or maybe tomorrow, if my check is a decent size for this week..

I was gonna get straight on and play..

No, I'm not sure that's it. I mean, I turn my xbox off when I'm not using it. When I booted the game, I had no trouble getting online. I'm playing online now as a matter of fact.

Yeah I don't know, I'm still able as of now to download tunes and race against drivatars, but every time I try to do Netflix, it starts it and I can see all the movies, then it brings that error code up and says cannot connect with Xbox. I read it's not even affecting some people. Hopefully it's a minor issue.

Edit: My Netflix is working now, but according to Xbox live Twitter feed and support.xbox.com, they are still having issues. That website is handy for finding out if Xbox live is having issues.

Now the Phantom Squad is threatening PSN. I would link it here but it has vulgarity in their tweets. Eurogamer has the article.
