They gain attention and probably actually think that Sony and Microsoft will improve their security just because of their redundant ddos attack. Which means we probably should stop talking about them as were probably giving these kids what they want.
 
Looks like our gift in Forza for December was just holiday painted cars.
I'm starting to think the track DLC we get will be part of paid DLC or even part of the Porsche pack. Did the game bomb so bad that they won't even give us a free track for this version? I heard 200k total but I don't think that includes digital. If they only got 200k sales, Forza might be dying slowly. However I digress, this is not the thread for sales talk. Just disappointed.

I've been noticing the total players on the leaderboards has gone up a bunch lately. I know that can be several people playing one game, or multiple accounts though. C class COTA west has 1,081,099 players sorted by top scores and 587,646 sorted by The Americas. I'm sure that number will go up after Christmas.
 
The next update would do us right by allowing same car choices in Free Play. I enjoy choosing V8s, Modern GT and Early GTs series racing but, I need to see all 24 of my Coopers on track. :D

Next week some time every player will get a Xmas themed ford transit supersportvan. If you have VIP you will get a different livery on it. If you take part in the holiday livery contest I think you get a Xmas themed Lamborghini.

My mission is to drive to every Single Car (and Van and Truck) in the game on every single Track Layout (Including Night time, Rain and Reverse)

I am currently on my 81st Car and the 1st Car I drew out is at Road America Alternative.

I did this in Project Cars but the Car list is considerably smaller than it is on this game :P

Not at all! Whatever you have fun with. Currently I'm in the process of finding a good tune for each car. I'm not that great of a tuner, so Ive followed some of the best tuners. When it comes to a car that has several high rated tunes for the same class, I try each of them out on a track and see which one I like the best. The only bummer is the tunes are locked and you can't tweak them a bit, if it's an overall tune, for certain tracks. :)

Unless you're only doing a lap in each one, yeah, a little crazy!

I've done something like 200 or so stock cars around Lime Rock so far. That's only five laps each. I might finish before Horizon 3 is out, at this rate. :P
 
Ok I'm not that crazy.

Considering I have about 500+ Cars and 130 Track layouts, 1 lap is more than enough :D :P

Picking Cars at Random makes the challenge more Interesting, but at the same time somewhat frustrating as there are Cars I really want to drive but Can't until I draw them out ¬.¬

The HSV Holden was the very first Car I drew out.

Who knows?, I might get this challenge done before Forza Horizon 7 :P

The detail on the straps is nice, but the tire itself could be improved.

That's one thing that bothered me a little bit, in Forzavista when you are drooling over the amazing details of a car, the tires are detailed only on the outer edge, whereas the rest of the tire is just a shadow essentially. I understand why they did it, but it's just ugly and it would be nice to see a full tire modeled. Especially on the cars where you can see the full width of the tires when you open the engine lid or something, like the F40 for example.

Every car on every track layout? At 461 cars and 85 layouts that's 39,185 combinations.

If you spend 5 minutes per drive, that's 3,266 hours of driving, or 4.5 months straight.

Better get going.
 
On Car 83 - Drew out the Lamborghini Reventon.. Very nice.

The first car I drew The HSV Holden has just done Silverstone Grand Prix in the Wet.

It's crazy but I'm having fun with it :) When I reach Car 130 I might complete that group before I do more.
 
Seeing as how some employees from T10 read these forums :D , I'd seriously like to use the Micro Cars series in Free Play.
 
I'm losing my damn mind over that Silvia.

We are nearly a week past the Dec 17/18 date they dropped Storm Island and Nurburgring, I'm praying that we get something nice tomorrow morning.

The Nurburgring was added into FM5 on June 10th, 2014, when it was announced at E3.
