I know this is somewhat unrelated to the current topic, but for some reason the Opel dealership is not hidden and is completely visible to me when I enter the North City menu. But the weirdest part is that I'm using the NTSC version and my language is set to English 
. And it fully works too, since I was able to successfully buy the Opel Tigra Ice Race Car and use it with no problem.

EDIT: to prevent the thread dying because of my stupidity, has anyone found more info on Route 11?
Last time I heard, SSR11 got scratched out during the making.
Too bad it didn't make it's way into the game. I would have been 
all day.

Just out of curiosity - why I find the sky is too bright for a night course?
It could be that Tahiti *might* have taken place in the early morning, maybe ~3-5 A.M.? That's my guess, but I can be wrong.

That night tahiti looks nice... I can almpst say that based on that 1 shot, I'd prefer it to the release version

Nah, it's not been deleted. It's been wiped out due to specific reasons I won't go into.
I can re-upload some pictures, but I haven't backed up most of them.

Bump with something good.
I've happened to get yet another demo, which appears to be one i've never even played before! (Thanks to a good friend on youtube). You can be sure i'll be diving into that one to see what's in there.
What's found so far?
A track called "seattle2000". Doesn't seem to work.
Bizzarely, another Diablo is in here: "[R]RainX DIABLO DL '98"
I've happened to get yet another demo, which appears to be one i've never even played before! (Thanks to a good friend on youtube). You can be sure i'll be diving into that one to see what's in there.

Probably early name for the Seattle course or a variation that never made it.
Looks like GT2 was on hell of a fan of the JGTC series. Many private teams were featured in here, one of them being "ART RAIN X". Couldn't find their Diablo version, but I did found a blueprint of their Countach version.
Full name, Lamborghini Countach ART RAIN-X JGTC

While I continue finding the cars I mentioned earlier, here's a peek at a pretty cool track that got axed in the final game. (And nope, it's not Red Rock Valley at night, it's a completely different track.)
You'll see more of this track when I finish making a video on the other cut tracks from the demo.
On another note, I actually found the correct drag racing mode label colors.

Here's an additional Lancer Evolution V Rally Car that I found. You can't buy it or modify it. Weird. One possibility could be that this was the second color scheme for the original Evo. V Rally Car, but got scraped out:
I believe you race against it as a ghost. But I'm not so sure
I'll keep posting as I find more rides. For now, here's a Ford GT40 Mark III, since the link that someone posted showing this ride is dead:
As you can see, the GT40 has it's stats defaulted to the RX-7, mainly because it's body only. And an interesting note, the trunk and the roof are colored black along with it's number 6
And lastly (for now
), here's a [R]Fiat 500R '75:

The Lancer is Winfield Lancer Evo V '98 from Australian rally, driven by Mäkkinen :-) And i think i drove that car in the game. But might be wrong.
Ford GT40 Mk III has glitchy roof and trunk, so its not black texture, only bad texturing.
The (R) 500R has 541hp ?

Alright, time for some more hidden cars 
. To start, I've made an interesting catch. I've found a Lexus IS under the name of Castrol Mugen Accord . The only remnants of it is the name and the color scheme. It is defaulted to the Mazda RX-7 LM:
Second off, I have found a Lotus Elise, but with a Black Soft Top. Once again, this car is defaulted to the RX-7. It is even under that name

Now I have found the Mazda Protege/323 Rally Car. It is hidden in Simulation Mode, but it makes its appearance in Arcade Mode:
Here's a Citroen Saxo Rally Car, hidden in Sim Mode, but appears in Arcade Mode:
And finally, two hidden Acura Integras (GS-R & LS) with what I think is the Racing Modification color schemes. Also defaulted with the RX-7 specs:
Just to make a note, I made those circles to represent the differences between the two hidden rides

That Elise is from one of the GT2 demos. In one of my videos, I restored it to use Elise 190 parts, it seems to fit nicely.
